The Falls Pool is currently closed. It is expected to be closed through August 31, 2021. Additionally the West Terrace Pool is closed as it is being redesigned to include a lazy river and water slide tower with an opening date of spring 2022. The hotel will continue to offer an indoor pool, three waterslides, kid’s splash zone, sand volleyball, basketball, tennis, mini-golf, and a variety of daily scheduled activities.

Spend your money elsewhere there are so many better choices in Orlando. We were not notified the pool was closed so we checked out immediately asked for a cancellation and refund which I still have not received. They charged us resort fees and we didn't even stay there!!! The restaurant was disgusting and served the greasiest food. RUN!!!
If someone there can call me so I can get my refund that would be nice!

We spent the Memorial Day weekend here and were blown away by the staff. It was their busiest period yet this year and yet they never seemed flustered.
Aleksis at the pool who was so attentive, Leon the shuttle driver who made us laugh with his stories, Patrick at the front desk who made every guest feel seen and Yasmine in the Stockroom who makes a mean cocktail!
Of course mistakes happen — it’s a huge hotel and orders and requests can get mixed up. But none of that matters when you see how this team works together to rectify errors and get you what you need all with such a good attitude.
Huge compliments to the management and staff.
