We stayed here for a Father’s Day weekend with our son and out grandkids. We made reservations 3 months in advance and had requested a handicap accessible room near pool as my husband is blind. They told my husband they had a room on the bottom floor that would work for us. When we arrived they said they had our request in places and put us near the pool. After getting in our room we realized it was not handicap accessible. We called front desk and they told us they don’t have a room like that available. We were very disappointed but the room was clean but smaller that photos showed. I liked the kitchen available for lunch and dinners in. Beds were super comfy. Unfortunately the grounds are dirty and unkept. We had to call for a clean up of our patio area to remove cigarette buts and an old eaten corn cob. Too bad as this is a pretty property. Pool was dirty so we went to my sisters place nearby for a fresh swim. My son had called and requested additional shampoo twice for his boys for their shower and never received it so I had to run some upstairs and around the building to them as our rooms were super far apart. They seem very short staffed. We will not stay again unfortunately!
Horrible check in
Jun 17, 2022
Check in was awful. The desk clerk gave us keys that didn’t work. When I slogged back to the desk with heavy bags, he smirked and said he knew all along that the keys didn’t work because the lock was broken and could only be accessed with the hotel’s sole pass key. I verified that the pass key worked but I declined to have a room without a working lock. What if we needed emergency service or there was a fire? He first refused to provide any other room and then insisted he would have to charge a room change fee because the room door had been opened. We had no time to find another hotel without being very late for our dinner plans; as it was, we were late and had no time to clean up. Ridiculous. Our room was fine once we got one but I would hesitate to stay here again.
Clean and Comfortable

Arrived after a 13-1/2 hour flight and drive from LAX to La Quinta. Check-in was easy, we were given directions to our room which was located on the second floor. Room had all the usual amenities, it was very clean, quiet, bed was very comfortable and served its purpose for our first night in the USA. Breakfast the following morning was fresh, more than acceptable and a good way to start the day. Close to off/on the freeway, supermarket for stocking up on items just down the road, so all-in-all a good location.

We stayed for 3 nights in December 2011 during the Pickleball National Championships at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. The location is great since we can walk across the street to the tournament but that is about it.
The room is spacious but very in need of an update. There are many small to large marks on the sofa and carpet. Everything is old and dated. Even though the location is so convenient, we will look for other options next time.
Website is inaccurate
Jun 07, 2022
If you book this hotel with the expectation that their website/app is accurate, don’t. They state that they have their evening social Monday - Thursday but the website is lying as they already have a permanent sign stating it’s only on Wednesdays. They’ve had plenty of time to change their website and have had complaints and won’t change it. Hotel itself is fine, breakfast is fine, pool is pretty well taken care of. I would not stay here again based on the fact that you can’t really trust them. It’s a decent place to stay but if you come into town thinking they have an evening social as their website/app promises, you’ll be disappointed.
