I’m unclear on if this hotel is still in its transition phase, but judging from other comments, it looks like this has been going on for a LONG time now. While I will say that the staff was extremely friendly and tried to be helpful, the hotel is a complete dump. It’s carpeted throughout and the carpet is stained and smells musty and old. The AC in the rooms, while on full blast, barely cooled the rooms down at all. At one point in the middle of the night the water was turned off completely and I was not able to flush the toilet or wash my hands. The food was sub par and honestly didn’t seem fresh at all. I didn’t complain because I tried to chalk it up to the transition, but seeing prior reviews now it does seem like they should be up and running now. The hotel is extremely run down and pretty dirty. I absolutely would recommend staying elsewhere

We stayed here in Sept 2024 and enjoyed our stay however the hotel was super quiet, clearly more a conference location than a holiday one. Room was lovely, however aircon was the noisiest I have ever heard - I did provide feedback to reception on check out. One thing to note, you could provide customers with a luggage rack for ease

THE most absolute DISGUSTING place. It’s true when they say “reviews are always negative - people barely say anything nice and are more likely to write negative reviews than positive reviews, but in my whole honest opinion, this place is absolutely EEFEN disgusting! I hope this post even gets posted. I killed 2 bugs tonight about 1 inch in length and my girlfriend threw one in the toilet this morning and I’m not effen lying!!! Do NOT STAY HERE - PLEASE JUST DONT!

It was a nice,clean hotel.. The hotel has a beach vibe throughout the hotel.. Many of us went down to the restaurant food for breakfast was excellent. Attended a conference there was about 200 of us at the conference. House keeping was very accommodating..

I had a great experience very friendly staff. My favorite spot was The spa . Very relaxing love the amenities . I enjoyed hanging in the private hot tub and Jacuzzi .in the morning I enjoyed a Great breakfast outside in the patio . We went again in May to celebrate my Daughter 25th birthday .
