One of the worst customer relation for a luxury hotel.

My son left his toy bunny on our stay. We called the hotel to have it mailed to us. The toy was found but the lack of coordination and communication between the staff was so frustrating. Even after 6 days, they still have not mail it. Each time we called, the same receptionist name Karen will ask for our address and phone no. again and again!! The 5th time she ask for our information again, my husband was so mad and her excuse was that the computer was not working. Unbelievable! If another receptionist other than Karen pick up our call, he/she will have no idea what lost item we are talking about and will have us call them back after they check with the security. They never do call us back, even if we waited a day or more and we were then forced to call again. This frustrating process kept on repeating for 6 days. Exasperating experience dealing with such atrocious customer relation.

James was the best check in artist. He truly made our vacation awesome! We got the best room with the best view. I love how the resort has everything you need. We played the bowling which was really fun. Walmart and Costco is also closeby. James really explained everything well! I really loved the customer service aspect here. My room was immaculately clean as well! Our housekeeper with the glasses was also very nice (I didn’t get her name). She gave us extra towels right away upon request. 10/10 stars would recommend!
