Ace Hotel's star attraction is the swim club, featuring a year-round outdoor pool and spa tub (both open until 2 AM), a sundeck lined with loungers and a stargazing platform. Poolside activities include DJ entertainment, bands, yoga classes, and impromptu dance parties. A second outdoor pool is open to guests when it is not being used for private events. The fitness center is outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment, as well as TVs, a sauna, and lockers. The Feel Good Spa at Ace Hotel offers massage, body treatments, and facials utilizing organic products. The King's Highway restaurant serves roadside-diner fare, updated with local, seasonal ingredients. The Amigo Room bar serves classic and creative artisanal cocktails using fresh juices and house-made mixers. Drinks are available poolside.

I decided to make an overnight trip to PS so stayed here. I’ve been to the Ace in DTLA so was familiar with what they were all about. The PS location was great, it has a cool retro motel thing going on, everyone was cool (from guests all the way to staff), room AC worked awesomely, and I LOVED the free Tesla charging. Food was great, and prices were very fair. One gripe I have, though, is since this is a renovated old motel (with outward facing doors as opposed to doors facing hallways), I could literally hear everything from people chirping their car alarms to people walking by, to people having just normal volume convos outside my door. Needless to say, I didn’t sleep much bc I kept getting woken up. I guess I could have used earplugs but I prefer not to for safety reasons. Other than that, I thought it was a great place, and people were “well mannered” and not all drunk and rowdy. Chill vibes, but I only wish I could’ve gotten some sleep! Lol.

Friendly staff, cool decor everywhere including the room, stocked fridge, 2 pools (1 to party, 1 to chill), Kings Hwy food is amazing, drinks at Amigo are great. Other guests are friendly and into the whole vibe. If you are coming here and thinking of luxury, you will be disappointed. This has the whole California desert vibe down pat.
