Clean and safe

This hotel is quiet and relaxing! What a wonderful birthday. Thank you for making my fathers getaway a real treat! I think this might be one of the best trips ever. There was food near to the hotel and the maids did a great job. So sad to see how short staffed they are but they got everything done.

Stayed at the hotel for large car convention and could not be more disappointed. Airport shuttle is only available to pilots and flight attendants. Unacceptable and misrepresented on the website. If I would’ve known I would’ve rented a car. Spent seven days with no room service for over 1000.00 dollars. Had to make many phone calls even to get basic necessities. Inadequate HVAC. 114° outside and despite setting the room at the lowest setting allowed at 69° it was very hot and uncomfortable. Hotel did not even care. Extremely limited restaurant service and bar service. I have stayed at many wonderful Bonvoy properties and this is not one of them!!
