Following American Hotel & Lodging Association's (AHLA) recent announcement of its "Safe Stay Guest Checklist"—and following medical expert guidance to help reduce the spread of COVID-19—all Hyatt hotels in the U.S. and Canada will require face coverings within indoor public areas beginning Monday, July 27, for the foreseeable future.
Public areas may include hotel lobbies, meetings and events spaces, restaurants and bars, and fitness centers. Some guests may be exempt from this mandate, including but not limited to guests with medical conditions, guests consuming food or beverages in restaurants, and children under the age of 2.

Our family came from Atlanta. The concierge Tami helped me book dinner reservations and activities for our stay. Tami was so helpful and was able to do absolutely everything we needed. She confirmed everything before we even traveled. The restaurants were perfect and exactly what we requested.
The staff at the hotel were so kind and accommodating.
Excellent service. Highly recommended!
Hyatt at Gainey Ranch Vacation

We always have a great time at this resort. The restaurants are nice, and the lobby is a very fun place to hang out, especially early in the morning before it gets busy. We also played golf at the Gainey Ranch club, which was spectacular.
