This property is listed as All Inclusive. We chose this property for it's proximity to the Malecon, Pier, and again, chose it because it's listed as All Inclusive. It is NOT all inclusive. Very disappointed

The worst hotel of our lives! Run for your lives! Nasty room, and nasty hotel. Locals LIVE in this hotel, they literally have hoarders who live out of the hotel room and use the pool. Hotel tries to buy their stars to make it decieving, and we were deceived! They refused to give our money back. Please pay extra and go somewhere resort like.

The Hotel was Amazing, Beautiful pool , Beautiful Balcony , Room was extremely beautiful very clean , Maid was great Only thing I would add to the room a table and a couple chairs , The restaurant was a little pricy , not a good variety on the menu but over all good ! I would definitely stay here again …..

The worst hotel my husband and I EVER stayed in. Filthy, over-crowded and under-staffed, the facility is NOT equipped to adequately accommodate two middle -aged adults who seek quiet time by the pool. Families with a lot of bambinos take control of the recreational areas, leaving no lounge chairs, nor clean sitting areas, nor afternoon snacks and leave only litter and frustration. The first and the last time we stay at the San Marino Puerto Vallarta and we will never recommend this place to anyone. ??

Roaches and filth! I asked to have my money refunded after only 10 minutes of getting in our the room. The room was dirty, there were roaches crawling in the bathroom and by the bed. The front attendant instead just changed us to another room and it was just as bad!
