Not only is this place absolute CHAOS. The food is disgusting, the service is beyond terrible and the rooms are awful. The ocean is poop brown colored. Nothing looks like the photos. There’s lots of restaurants on the property but none of them are open, they trick you with that too. Beware and don’t come here unless you consider yourself a peasant.
NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Spend and extra couple of hundred for somewhere better.

I should have known better than to pick the cheapest all inclusive on the island. so that’s my bad. I understand they’ve struggled but they’re so money hungry it’s annoying. you can’t walk through the resort without someone bugging you for MASSAGE or EXCURSION or someone pretending to complement you to then sell you something. I’m all for them trying to sell things at the beach or on the street but not when you’re at the pool or walking through the resort!
the pool bars weren’t open all the time (some aren’t open at all) and only 3 of the restaurants were open (alternating nights). the burger and pizza shop is closed so there’s literally nowhere to get food Inbetween buffet hours.
it was infuriatingly difficult to get water. the tap water is undrinkable and you only get 3 small bottles (for 2 people) every day with housekeeping. I asked a couple of times for more water and I would either be told it would be brought to the room (had to wait in the room for an hour for it to be delivered) or was told by the front desk ‘sorry don’t have any here’ and not offered any solution. like why is it so hard to get WATER???????
watch out for the sneaky scam … the free wifi IS SO USELESS like literally won’t even load Facebook. so we were like ok we’ll pay $10 a day for premium. we read the info like cool $10 a day charged to the room, but it turns out ifs $10 PER DAY PER DEVICE. I checked and NOWHERE does it say it’s per device. so in 3 days we spent literally $110 on wifi. I was so angry (we had iPads and laptops). they’re so money hungry and so sneaky about it. to say they didn’t get any tips from me is an understatement.
also I’m not sure why but we were given the worst room in the resort. it was an accessible room on the ground floor so there was no proper private balcony or anything (as it had a path leading to the outside are. It was in the oldest part of the resort and it was gross, mold and rust everywhere and blood on the sheets. I put a tshirt over the pillow as it stank a bit. it was actually a disgusting room. you’d think with capacity being so low they would put the few visitors they have in better rooms. not the worst. but this obviously didn’t occur to them. so they got zero tips and a 1 star review. You would step in the hall and be overwhelmed with the smell of rotting seaweed it was so gross.
also the ocean absolutely reeks (smells like rotting seaweed) and the water is brown. the day beds on the beach are all dirty and many are broken. This resort may have been nice 20 years ago but it’s the saddest place I’ve ever been.
worst resort I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot (and some really average ones).

From the moment my family and I arrived, the attention to detail from the entire staff was extraordinary. Andres (supervisor in the restaurant area) is the best and he made sure my family and I felt at home. On my first day, my wife requested a cappuccino and during our stay Andres made sure it was offered and delivered to her without asking. The rooms we stayed was super clean and beautiful. I love the view to the beach. Marcelino y Anthony were also very attentive, kind, and helpful during our time in the VIP snack area. I had a great time. I definitely recommend this resort and a special thanks to Mr. Wilkin for making our stay memorable.
I would not stay here again...so boring!

The resort is beautiful and appears large. The food is good as are the drinks. If you are looking for an adults only experience, this is not the place. As I state below, there are kids everywhere you turn. I have my own kid and did not need to be around others on my adults only vacation.
Room service was closed; therefore, we could not eat late unless we walked to a burger place. Who wants to eat burgers late at night?
Other resorts that I have recently visited have a modified room service menu. This is a suggestion for Be Live.
I was supposed to receive 15% off spa services. The person at the desk told me that since I booked in June, that was the special for June. That was an unprofessional answer and I should have received the 15% discount instead of what she gave me which was between 8-10%.
Jonathan was an amazing staff member. I am not sure what his position is there but he made things happen. When we arrived at our rooms we had no robes, slippers, washcloths, or hand towels. It took 2 days to get what should have standardly been in our room.
The bartenders were friendly and made drinks well.
The housekeepers were friendly and did a good job.
My swim up pool was never cleaned. Yes, we saw workers attempting to clean the pool. However, the trash and leaves were still in the pool when they left. One of the pool cleaners even ask me for a sip of my sparkling wine when it finally arrived after 2 days.
I do not think this resort should be advertised as adults only; there are kids EVERYWHERE!
Understand we are still in a pandemic, but the entertainment can definitely be improved; it was geared towards the kids.
Also, if we are really concerned about the pandemic and the transmission of COVID-19, guests should not be serving themselves at the buffet and hand sanitizer should be given each time a person goes to the buffet. If guests are going to continue to serve themselves, provide and enforce a glove mandate.
If you cannot tell, I will not stay at this resort again. I was very disappointed in the amenities, ill-equipped room, the entertainment, and the number of children at an adults only resort.
Horrible Communication From Front Desk and Company

My stay at the resort was fairly good, the beach was full of seaweed however, so that was disappointing. Other than that everything went well. Until it came to checkout. I was required to leave the resort a day early because my flight had been changed. I had spoken to the front desk and at first they were hesitant, but after speaking with the head office in Spain, they had agreed to refund my last night as I was required to leave. I left the resort and flew home. 2 weeks passed and I still had not heard anything, so I sent a few follow up emails to the front desk and to the head office email account. I heard nothing. Now a month has passed, and I have not received a refund, nor have I received an email response from any employee at the Be Live Collections. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and not being given my refund.
