We a had a very great experience especially with our butler Carlos Perez he is the best and did everything we asked him to do and then some I give him five stars the property within its self needs a lot of fixing of they want that party vibe from Cancun some of the other people and playmakers need to include people in more often

we were in Dominican Republic celebrating our 20th anniversary , and this hotel temtation better than temtation mexico this one was amazing we had the best anniversary ever and everything was thank to my butler Rafael he is a great service man , he was sure everything we need we had it , special thanks also to Alex at the sexy pool , Benny the head bellboy very professional person ....we will back next summer ...but I want my butler again Rafael

Joel and all staff are the best. I’ve been to other resorts, this was the best from cleanliness to food to very friendly staff, entertainment was excellent, pool’s, the beach, the bar employees to the maid’s that cleaned our room. What can I say but THANK YOU TEMPTATIONS FOR GIVING US A EXCELLENT WEEK.

Hotel was nice but the big sexy pool was not clean. Room had ants , broken towel hanger and glass on porch had a crack at bottom . The employees were amazing and made my stay great . Butler service for us was something we did not expect and we loved it . He set up all our dinners and made sure the room was stocked with drinks

Daniel was wonderful . Everything was taken care of including my birthday & our anniversary. Reservations were made & we didn’t have to lift a finger.Highly recommend him for our future trips to temptations.
