We just got back from the resort earlier today. It was an excellent week & a lot of fun. I wanted to give a shout out to some of the excellent staff! These people gave us exceptional service. We were in Casitas 3221 & our butlers were Jorge & Alfredo. Both of them were outstanding! They were always available & helped us with all of our needs. If you have them you will be pleased. Kevin & Jessie were part of the Concierge staff & the were so kind in helping us with questions about our stay & future stays. Of course, I can’t forget Julio the Casitas (32) pool bar. I found him attentive & kept my beverage filled! Excellent service!! Hats off to the entire staff!

Our week was amazing. There were several staff members who had a part of that. Upon arrival, Kevin and Josue were super helpful and nice. Our butlers, Claudio and Melissa, were phenomenal! Anything we asked for was done and/or given to us as soon as possible. We hardly had to ask for anything because they had it before we needed to ask! The beach butler Sinhue was the best I have seen! He was super attentive and friendly. Our room was very clean and beautiful. Even butlers from past tips, Gabby, Adrianna, Karen, & Rafa remembered and spent time with us on this trip! We enjoyed walking over to Generations where we gave vacationed with our children many times. Like our past butlers at El Dorado Casitas, our past Generations butlers we’re quick to know us, ask about if children by name, and spend time talking to us. Imelda, Ana, April, & Eddie are fabulous!!!! They are always so personable, kind, and quick to speak. Lastly, we enjoyed dinner at Italian Casistas. It was so good. Our waiter as precious, but I cannot remember his name. We also went over to Generations for dinner at Habb. That is typically our favorite Generations restaurant; however, the service was super rushed. The hotel needs to move the waiter JJ (Jesus) back to Haab. They are going to lose him to another resort if they keep him at Palms. He is way to good to not be working nights in Haab, and Haab needs him back!

Jose the beach butler made our trip this year. We come once a year and this trip was extra special. The weather was amazing. There was no seaweed to deal with and the water was so clear. The daily butlers that deserve mention are Alondra for making sure my desk was set up. Ben for letting me borrow your desk. lol Alvaro for putting an extra step in the pool so my knees didn't hurt getting in and out. Claudio for the wonderful hand made card and chocolates and the services. Gaby getting to see you always makes me smile. Adrianna, our porcelain doll, who took such great care of us. We love all the butlers and feel like we are visiting family. see you next year!

The bartenders and waitstaff are fantastic and really make the trip worthwhile. Special shout outs to Jesus and Onorio at Santa Fe Grill and Anjeles at the spa. Phenomenal service. Also our main bartender Cesar took very good care of us

This place is Amazing! We have so many friends and family with memberships we gave it a go. We, had been asked or pressed, would also be members. Not a pushy sale! Clemente & Isaac made our week so amazing! Like I told Clemente +X! Go, just Go! I Promise you will love it! This place is quite, amazing and the place to go for a RELAXING vacation! Not your party place, but definitely Fun!
