I read all the reviews and this resort was very much as we expected. The rooms are great, and the amenities are wonderful. What we liked most was the entertainment team, they are fabulous all day long, they have many activities, they do an excellent job, especially Naomi Crís Adrián Angelo Gustavo, great guys every show. Excellence Riviera Cancun 5* plus in our opinion First a well done to ALL the staff nothing was to much trouble Big thanks for making our vacation 100% Leylan Velazquez ( guest services mannager ) Miriam Rodriguez ( club pool Concirge ) Fernanda ( around club pool ) Samiria ( from the club pool area ) Well what can i say but WoW form the second my wife and i arrived to a holla welcome family and a cold glass of bubbly and a cold towel the entrance is a expance of marble and as you enter the lobby its like wall of cool air and the excellence smell. we were wisked away to the club check in next to the magna restarunt for a speedy check in and escorted to our room within a few minutes. our luggage was delieverd promptly and our room was all we could have wished for with ice cold air,con already going and fridge stocked after travelling for over 20hrs we opted for room service for first meal. then for the next two weeks we lounged at the pool and eat some of the best all inclusive food ive ever had. We didnt really have a best meal as it was all so good but we both agreedthat magna , chez and spice were our favourite places to eat. all the drinks were good but our best bar was in club lounge as they made a real show making whatever you could ask for. the beach is good with pleanty of sun beds and yes the ocean is a bit murkey and yes there is sea weed about but the guys do a great job of collecting it up. the spar water therepy is well worth a go and with a few extras made for a nice pamper in the afternoon. we had the best vacation ever and have rebooked for 15 nights next year I`m not easy to impress but they managed it all the toilets are kept super clean and fresh smelling the grounds are spotless and you never see a idle member of staff we met some really nice american couples and are returning next year to meet up again a few things to add Dress up a bit if the dress code is closed toe shoes and long trousers suck it up dont moan about it you slob around all day so make the effort. most places are fine with smart sandles and nice shorts Tip the staff they need and deserve it ( even the guys on beach clean up )

Resort all around is great! Food was amazing at every restaurant. Pleasantly surprised by Basmati, which was divine. The resort offers great entertainment all day. I would play pickleball every morning (Tennis pro Rafael is amazing), followed by a trip down the lazy River to the pool where the entertainment team always set up a good time with Bingo, Volleyball, and obsticle courses. Particularly highlighting Naomi, Chris, Adrien, and Angelo who were so friendly and personable

I CANNOT RECOMMEND this place enough, forget all inclusive spain & the canaries (no offence) I promise you, once you come here you WILL NOT be able to go anywhere else! It’s only 10 hours from London give or take, really only a netflix series binge-a-thon when you think about it! You can do full relaxation or indulge in the night life & shows, including day time activities. The excursions are a must if you can’t submit to a beach/sun lounger holiday. The staff are exceptional, you will have a want for nothing! We used Bluebay travel- another superb company to deal with. What are you waiting for? Book it, its excelente ??

The staff are so attentive, polite and treat you like family! Love the activities and the place is top notch! Second time back and plan to return! Food is excellent, so many options. We enjoyed room service and it wasn’t your “normal” room service, even better than some restaurants!
