I can recommend Coach Isis at the grand gym for yoga I have had 3 sessions with her so far and intend to do more , she is friendly, professional, demonstrates and explains the positions and their benefits in a calm manner and is extremely passionate about what she does The Iberostar are lucky to have her at their hotel

This hotel was amazing!!!! We got the Room with the beach view. All the staff was very friendly. Luis our butler was great at his job and took us on a tour of the property. There is 5 Iberostar hotels on this property and you can go to any of them. All the food was presented very well.

The good: 1. The beach and sea. 2. The grounds. 3. When it’s open, the buffet. Not always open. Why? The bad; 1. Hard sell for the ‘club’ culminating in a girl ringing the room over 10 times one evening. 2. No beach bar. 3. Poor themed restaurants. 4. Staff lacking any empathy. 5. Room number requests. Constant. Why? 6. Plenty of sea food but no finger bowls? 7. Lobby service, hit and miss.

This was my first experience with a grand-level Iberostar resort. I've been to Iberostar Cozumel twice before this trip. I was expecting it to be nice but I was not expecting it to be as nice as it was. The entire experience was wonderful. Most of the time, we were treated as if we were the most important guests on the property. The lobby smelled great. The staff were very friendly. I enjoyed most of the al la carte dining options. The grounds were kept exceptionally clean. The only issue we had was the lunch buffet did not have the best service compared to the rest of the resort. I am not sure if they were short-staffed or what. We are definitely planning a trip back as soon as possible.

Back from 7 night stay at the resort in a Villa. Our butlers Cristopher, Gustavo & Fernando were AMAZING! Room service selection exceeded our expectations. NY strip steak, BBQ ribs, champagne everyone morning. We entertained at our Villa pool, butlers delivered extra beer and ice within 10 mins. Maid service, shout out to Barbara, kept our room super clean and plenty of towels. Bar service at the quiet pool was fast. Ala carte restaurant service made up for the hit or miss food. Buffet food was luke warm to cold but had decent selection. Emilio at French was very personable and made recommendations. Cecilia at BellaVista breakfast buffet was quick to clear our table and keep coffee filled. Lobby bar soloist Tuesday night had a great voice. The resort staff was very friendly, grounds were beautiful. Note, the toilets are enclosed in glass next to the shower so no privacy LOL We hope to visit again.
