A really tired old hotel! In desperate need of a infusion of upgrade dollars! Very “bare bones”. Would not stay here again! The staff was nice but couldn’t make up for the quality of the place. The word “suites” in the name is definitely a stretch!

Room for the family but no service.

We enjoyed our 4 day stay here. However every time we asked for something from the front desk it never happened until the the third time I went down there. Our towels and garbage were not Taken care of even though we had their slip hanging on our door by 7am so we had an overflowing garbage the whole trip. There are a million kids in the pool and hot tub. Good luck finding any space. The laundry is very nice and clean. It cost a total of about $5 to run a load and you can purchase a pod and a dryer sheet for $2 from the front desk. Much cheaper then the $3 candy bars.

Good stay

The_Smiths2003 (Columbia Falls, Montana) on Apr 07, 2022

The hotel was located perfectly for our destinations. All hotel staff were super friendly except the one night auditor that checked us in. She was pleasant enough but sure rushed us to what felt like to get us out of her way & didn't explain anything, like we have to request stay over service. We ended up requesting towels a couple times and we took out our own garbage. Not a big deal to us as they were short staffed on a sold out weekend. But it would've been nice to know instead of showing up back to the room & no fresh towels. Breakfast had a decent selection. You may have to ask for pool towels everytime you go to the pool. They couldn't seem to keep any towels out there. Pool was a great hit with our kids. Sundry shop had decent options for late evening snack for the kids that didn't have to be candy. We would stay here again.

First Trip to San Diego

cDawn29 on Apr 07, 2022

I booked this hotel on the road heading from LA to San Diego. This is our first trip to California travelling from Canada and wanted something in close in proximity to SeaWorld. The location was great but would of rather traveled further and to stay in a better hotel. We stayed two nights in a king, bunk bed family room, we are a family of 3 travelling with our 10 year old daughter. Hotel was unimpressive. Stained curtains, dust on all surfaces, towels missing from room. Rooms had musty smell and carpets had all sorts of stains. On the brighter side the beds were very comfortable and the pool and hot tub were nice, we enjoyed both. Breakfast was chaotic so we skipped that each morning. It is spring break so was very loud and busy for our stay. Overall would not recommend or stay again.

California vacation

Everything was nice at hotel. Just make sure not to get the rooms below where they serve breakfast unless you plan on waking up early. You can hear every chair being moved and it is loud. Everything else was good. Receptionists were nice and accommodated you.
