Unhygienic, unclean, in poor condition.

OnAir07114366663 (Beijing, China) on Feb 18, 2024

Avoid this place at all costs. The cleanliness is terrible, and definetly doesn’t meet the standards of this kind of resort. The room had a very foul odor, like mold, and we later discovered that the air conditioner was filthy. We found spider webs all around the room, most notably above the bed. The towels and pillow cases had stains all over, some red and some dark. Overall, the room was in incredibly poor condition, with dirty bits everywhere. The walls were peeling off too. On top of this, the resort charges fees for almost everything. Ordering room service incurs a 6 dollar delivery fee, plus 21% service fee, and then on top of that, another 6% charge. Most of the food we had here was pre-made or frozen. The octopus at the barefoot grill was not fresh at all, and tasted foul, and gave us an upset stomach.

Wouldn’t return for a leisure trip

Melsmice (Lancaster, New York) on Feb 16, 2024

Was here for a business conference. Not overly excited about this place. Needs maintenance on the grounds. There was an old squished beer can that sat outside our room the entire length of our 6 night stay. One morning we had no hot water and while it was fixed the hot water was still iffy the remainder of the trip. I would not return for a leisure trip.
