DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE... This Hotel has thin walls. We could hear the tv from the room next to ours from 9:00 to 11.00. We call the from desk many times and no one picked up. When they finally answer, I told her what was going on, she was rude and said I will call security. 30 minutes later, we are wondering where they are. So after a total of 45 minutes, I went down the hotel lobby at 11.45 and found security sitting on a chair, chit chatting with the rude lady who was working. I asked him if he was security , he said yes. I said , "are you going to tell them to turn down there tv?" He claimed he went around there but didn't hear the tv. I told him come to our room and listen to it. He walked with me to my room and he could hear their tv was so loud. Then, he went next door to knock on their door to ask them to turn the tv down. We got the manager' s email and phone number to complain. After leaving a couple of emails and calling, she never contacted us back about the experience we had. Bad management, and service at this hotel.

Not the best

The heater worked poorly. The only way to shut it off was to unplug it. The heat never reached the bathroom. Trim around bathroom trim was rotted. Could have been much better for the money. I think they put us in the pet area rooms even though we didn’t have a pet.
