I was disappointed, we specifically went to this hotel because of our past great experiences.
Our king bedroom (#320) was ready upon arrival, but the room did not have a "your room has been sanitized" sticker on the lock. There were no hand towels or washcloths, no hair conditioner or lotion, and two bottles of shampoo that were half empty.
We checked into our second (#327) room about 9:30pm after attending a funeral service. There was also no hair conditioner in this room. After settling my 3 children into bed and laying down myself, about to close my eyes, I heard running water at 10:00pm. I immediately got out of bed to check on it and there was water pouring into the bathroom from the light above (video is attached). I got a trashcan to catch the waterfall and threw down a towel so it didn't flood out of the bathroom into the carpet. I called down to the lobby to let them know & they said they were aware of a plumbing issue that maintenance was working on. I said we're going to need extra towels and someone to come and assess our room. I had to get dressed and stay awake after a long day wondering if I was going to have to move my three small sleeping children to another room. At 10:20 maintenance came (unmasked) and gave me a stack of towels. He assessed the situation, took the light fixture out and said he would return after checking out the leak in the room above. At about 10:32 he returned to clean and repair the leak and was finished at about 10:45. He did do a really good job of fixing the problem and sanitizing the area. Although it was a great inconvenience to me.
At about 7:15am we went up to the 4th floor to pick up our ""grab and go breakfast". There was no staff, no signage, no explanation and no breakfast. Apparently, from what other guests said, it was running late. At 9:00, there was still no breakfast, no signage, no explanation and no offer of compensation.
We have happily stayed at this establishment booking two rooms each time twice before this trip. The level of service has sadly declined. I left notes for the maid and also asked the receptionist at check-out to make note of the inconvenience of our stay. No offer of compensation, although an obligatory apology was made. I was disappointed we were not given a discount/credit for the inconvenience this stay at the uncomfortable comfort inn.

Overall, the hotel is family friendly. Good hotel if you intend to be out the entire day and come back for good sleep. Didn’t notice much noise from the highway which is pretty close to the hotel. So noise wasn't an issue. I didn’t like that there was no microwave oven in the room but this probably because of COVID. Getting help from the receptionist for the 1 microwave available in the lobby is not adequate nor convenient because there is usually a big line for checkin/checkout as well as for assistance by other folks staying at the hotel. Im ok otherwise.
