Following American Hotel & Lodging Association's (AHLA) recent announcement of its "Safe Stay Guest Checklist"—and following medical expert guidance to help reduce the spread of COVID-19—all Hyatt hotels in the U.S. and Canada will require face coverings within indoor public areas beginning Monday, July 27, for the foreseeable future.
Public areas may include hotel lobbies, meetings and events spaces, restaurants and bars, and fitness centers. Some guests may be exempt from this mandate, including but not limited to guests with medical conditions, guests consuming food or beverages in restaurants, and children under the age of 2.

Located in a great area and great service! My room had a very nice view of the bay. Everything was very comfortable. Special shout out to Curtis (the assistant front office manager) who was extremely helpful! I’ll definitely stay here again.

We had the best experience here! The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. The staff was above and beyond amazing. They housekeeping managers Jan and Jill exceeded our expectations . They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best! By mistake the cleaning crew through away my sons giants helmet that he got at the game. It was a helmet that comes with food in it, so it was easy to mistake as trash! Not only did they apologize but they went that night to the stadium to get a new hat for my son. My son was so happy!!!! This is EXCEPTIONAL service! Thank you Jan and Jill and to the entire Hyatt staff for making our trip memorable and fun!
