Following American Hotel & Lodging Association's (AHLA) recent announcement of its "Safe Stay Guest Checklist"—and following medical expert guidance to help reduce the spread of COVID-19—all Hyatt hotels in the U.S. and Canada will require face coverings within indoor public areas beginning Monday, July 27, for the foreseeable future.
Public areas may include hotel lobbies, meetings and events spaces, restaurants and bars, and fitness centers. Some guests may be exempt from this mandate, including but not limited to guests with medical conditions, guests consuming food or beverages in restaurants, and children under the age of 2.
Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay offers all the amenities and services of a four diamond hotel for the corporate traveler, as well as resort-like luxury in a 35-acre wildlife preserve directly on the shores of Tampa Bay. Conveniently located to Westshore's business district, International Plaza Mall and gulf beaches, five minutes to Tampa's International Airport, and eight miles from Downtown Tampa's business district.

I had to visit Tampa for a medical/business visit. The staff at the restaurant 1823 and the front desk staff were extremely accommodating in a trip that ended up lasting a month long.
Things are not completely back to normal because of Covid, but I genuinely felt that everyone was willing to make an extra effort to make my trip as comfortable as possible.
Amazing hotel, motel 6 amenities

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and so clean. My room was stunning. The pool was horrible though. The bar/kitchen was great but way overpriced for what you get. Would not stay again. I am more interested in hotels with better amenities like the Hyatt Grand Cypress in Orlando.
