The Very Best on Grace Bay

It’s the most perfect resort on Grace Bay. This is my 5th time to Provo, but my first time staying at Seven Stars. Wow! It blew me away! The rooms were amazing, the food was wonderful, the service was fantastic, and we loved the west deck adults-only area. It was never very crowded, and a huge shout out to Charles for taking care of us over there…such friendly service all day long (even in the hot hot sun). The views of Grace Bay are stunning, and the property is definitely the crown jewel of Grace Bay. It’s in such a convenient location to walk into town as well! Seven restaurant was really yummy for dinner (make reservations in advance) and the breakfast that was included in our rate was top-notch for a buffet breakfast. They had complimentary Covid testing on-site for our return back to the US too. Overall we were super impressed with every aspect of our stay at Seven Stars, and every detail was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Unforgettable Week at Seven Stars

After reading many reviews and being recommended by our travel agent, we chose Seven Stars, and we are so incredibly happy with our choice and our week long experience at the hotel. The entire staff is wonderful and we were always greeted with a friendly smile and hello. We stayed on the 4th floor of the Alhena building in a 1 bedroom oceanfront suite. The suite was incredibly spacious- way larger than what we needed for two people but it was extremely nice to have. The oceanfront views are amazing and totally worth it, especially in Turks where the turquoise water is the real beauty! The rooms are modern, very bright and tastefully decorated and so well kept. The entire property is so well manicured and beautiful. The highlight for us was the beach itself and the beauty and tranquility of the water. We’ve been to many Caribbean destinations and Mexico and Turks and Caicos is the best so far! There were plenty of spots on the beach and you never had trouble finding a spot at any time of day. Also the service we received from Lila as our beach waiter was outstanding. He was such a pleasure all week- knew us by name after our first encounter and greeted us cheerfully every day. Another bonus was the included breakfast that had many great options each day and all the staff at breakfast were so friendly. As mentioned in many reviews the grocery store is directly across the street so super convenient and many great restaurants are within walking distance including Caicos Cafe, Coco Bistro and Infinity at Grace Bay club. Bottom line- we absolutely loved our stay and had a wonderful week celebrating our 20th anniversary. I don’t think you can go wrong choosing this hotel and the island of Turks and Caicos. We already plan to return in the next year. Thank you to all the staff at the resort who are working so hard during a challenging time. Your excellent service was extremely welcoming and much appreciated.

Picture perfect sunset dinner

We stayed a week at Seven Stars with family and friends. Nandini at the resort helped us arrange a picture perfect private sunset dinner in a cabana. It was the most picturesque dinner we had on the island. Sipping champagne with a gentle ocean breeze and the beautiful sun set as background was a wonderful way to end the day. Our server Caroline was also awesome! She made sure everyone’s drinks were always topped up and even helped us take pictures. It was a magnificent evening!

I can’t believe this place has such good reviews

had a hard time giving a place only two stars. But truthfully. I just couldn’t give more than that. So let me tell you why I gave the two stars. The cleanliness and the landscape is beautiful. Our room was nice and the bed was comfortable. But that is about where it ends. We travel a lot. And I was very much looking forward to my visit. But let me tell you. The service was the worst in all of my travels. They don’t care you are there. You constantly feel like an inconvenience, their food is just ok, and bartenders barely know how to make drinks. the worst was at “the deck” bar. You could sit down. And literally not get service for minutes even though the guy was doing nothing. He was there two nights in a row and both nights horrible service. it was the big built guy in case management cares. I don’t know his name because he barely spoke. Not the guy with dreads. The really big guy. Chidley had just started. He might be a nice addition. He was nice. The pool area manager, Damien was also nice. Everyone else even in concierge made you feel like an inconvenience. Truth be told. We ended up spending a lot of time next door at the Ritz. Talk about customer service. They could learn some things. Also. I booked an ocean front room. Okay. So I did get ocean front. But the work station, very tall palm Trees, boats tops and locked fence with no access. Gave us. Zero benefit. We couldn’t even see the water. When i expressed my concern. They did show me one other room. But it was tiny and not a king bed like I booked. But no apology. No credit for the difference in a room that wasn’t really ocean front. Nothing. So then. Our room had an annoying noise that rattled and went off every THIRTY minutes. I have lots of videos. We did finally call. They couldn’t figure it out. But that was that. Didn’t check back in. Didn’t try to fix it the next day. No apologies. No notes when we checked out to ask if it ever got better. Nope. So to top it all off, when we are checking out there is also fraud on our bill. I can’t stand when resorts make you say your room number and last name out loud for everyone to hear. We took pictures of all of our room charge receipts and sure enough $167 that wasn’t ours. They need to be more careful or come up with a new system. But I will say. The property is nice. We had a nice massage and the beach and pool is nice. (Pool okay). But after the First two days. We wanted to enjoy our vacation. So we didn’t stay there much. Just to sleep. Thank god we brought our Bluetooth speaker for white noise to drown out the ridiculous noise.

Highly recommend this gorgeous resort with incredible service!

The impressive amount of previous 5 star reviews here led us to pick this resort and we couldn’t have asked for a better 9 night stay. - The rooms are beautifully decorated and incredibly spacious. - The grounds are immaculate. - The service is consistently top notch, as everyone we interacted with was pleasant. Guests are top priority here. - We made use of the beach, pool, tennis courts, and were delighted to have complimentary access to kayaking, SUP, snorkeling sets, tennis racquets, etc. - I particularly enjoyed complimentary morning yoga on the deck with Emi, a teacher with a soothing teaching voice, warm smile and makes an effort to learn (and remember) her students names. Delightful way to start the morning. - Eric at the activities desk had a positive delightful manner. - The only constructive criticism is to request more variety in breakfast choices (more rotation to mix up choices during our stay). Highly recommend this resort!
