Blue Haven is the Utmost in Class, Style, and Service

Blue Haven resort is the utmost in class, customer service in an All-inclusive experience. It's by far the best of the three Turks and Caicos collection hotels if you are going by yourself or with a group. Though Blue Haven is kid friendly, it's not as family focused as Alexandra or as adult-only intimate as Beach House. I felt Blue Haven was a perfect mix with impeccable accomodations. And absolutely nothing beats that view when you first pull into the front driveway. From the medium sized private beach area, pool, and gorgeous vistas, BH just felt superior.
From arrival to departure we were treated with the utmost of care, respect, and lived in gorgeous style. The on-site spa was great. The on-site restaurants were EXCELLENT in terms of food taste and quality. I would only recommend they work on improving the breakfast buffet as it's the only meal that lacks seasoning and the meats/fruits should be kept in cooling station or chilled pan to keep their integrity. There's also an on-site market store (not part of all inclusive) where you can buy some typical convenience items, beers and wines, cheeses and even a coffee/smoothie bar.
As far as excursions and activities MAKE SURE you ask for Lopez (or as our group called him, "King Lopez"). He runs the world in terms of scheduling and managing activities and he will take the best care of you and your needs. He is absolutely wonderful and deserves a raise and high praise for being amazing. Housekeeping was fantastic, front desk was prompt and helpful and absolutely friendly.
Highly recommend staying at Blue Haven when you visit Turks & Caicos. It's the absolute best experience I've had in the islands and I'll be back!

Service was Horrible. I was the pool bar in the pool. There was a black couple and me (Iam white) only in the pool. The bartender kept giving them there drinks and shots before he even asked me what I wanted when I told him a Pina Colada he asked me what kind of liquor I wanted in It. Ive Never been asked that before always thought it was rum. I told him Rum. He turned around went back to the other couple and started to talk. After a while my son came over and asked me what I was doing and I said I was waiting fort a drink, he said this long and waited for me what seemed forever. I finally got the drink and there was no liquor in it at all. I tried to see his name but it was hard because he always had his back turned towards me. I know the other bartender on the other side was Patrick he was great. At nite we went to eat there at 8pm and waited forever for a waitress just to take our order or give us water. She finally gave us water and took our drink order there was 4 of us. (there was 12 people in the whole restaurant). We sat there another 15 minutes as our drink sat at the bar, we told her they were there and she still didnt go get them. We finally went to the barand got them ourself. My wife got up and asked her why she kept ignoring us and she said if we had a problem take it up with the manager. We were staying at the Alexandra and went the in the afternoon, and another nite for dinner. (Fire and Ice restaurant). I will never go back. PS we ordered their signature dinner various meet you grill at your table the bsaid they ran out, but each on of us ordered every piece of meet in that dinner and they brought it out lol
