Great stay in the city of glass.

we had a very positive experience at this hotel. The receptionist who checked us in offered us a room that was ready at midday when we asked if we could store our suitcases before the 4pm checkin time. Room was very nice. Clean and had microwave fridge and coffee maker. Only complaint was the bed linen. The bed was a queen but the bottom sheet didnt fit and kept coming loose. Just wouldn’t stay on. But otherwise bed was very comfortable. Breakfast each morning was more than adequate with a change of hot food each of the days we were there. Omelette one day scrambled egg another. Sausage one day and ham another. Good Kellogg cereal and nice yoghurts available. Didn’t use it myself but waffle maker seemed a popular station each morning. Good tea and coffee choices with the hot water always nice and hot to make tea. Great location, with plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Would definitely stay here again although thought it was a little pricey. But then everywhere in Vancouver is that way!!

Having read Trip Advisor about this property before booking I am happy to state that the place is clean and tidy with no sound of any sort of vibration or noise. Wi-Fi was fiddly but Pinar came up to our room to sort this out - it wasn’t as good as it could be but it was ok. The breakfast was not bad - basic but quite edible. Muffins and Fresh fruit would have been nice. Our Suite was spacious and well appointed. If I return to Vancouver I will stay here again.
