Great stay in the city of glass.

we had a very positive experience at this hotel. The receptionist who checked us in offered us a room that was ready at midday when we asked if we could store our suitcases before the 4pm checkin time. Room was very nice. Clean and had microwave fridge and coffee maker. Only complaint was the bed linen. The bed was a queen but the bottom sheet didnt fit and kept coming loose. Just wouldn’t stay on. But otherwise bed was very comfortable. Breakfast each morning was more than adequate with a change of hot food each of the days we were there. Omelette one day scrambled egg another. Sausage one day and ham another. Good Kellogg cereal and nice yoghurts available. Didn’t use it myself but waffle maker seemed a popular station each morning. Good tea and coffee choices with the hot water always nice and hot to make tea. Great location, with plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Would definitely stay here again although thought it was a little pricey. But then everywhere in Vancouver is that way!!

A very pleasant stay

Having read Trip Advisor about this property before booking I am happy to state that the place is clean and tidy with no sound of any sort of vibration or noise. Wi-Fi was fiddly but Pinar came up to our room to sort this out - it wasn’t as good as it could be but it was ok. The breakfast was not bad - basic but quite edible. Muffins and Fresh fruit would have been nice. Our Suite was spacious and well appointed. If I return to Vancouver I will stay here again.

A pleasant, quiet and comfortable stay

Andrew S (Woking, United Kingdom) on Jun 24, 2022

We stayed in this hotel from the 8th to 13th May , and had a lovely stay, the area around the hotel is quiet despite being so close to the city. The receptionists (Rieko, Pinar, and Aleeza) were friendly and hardworking, sorry if their names are not quite right. We asked one receptionist how we could make our own way to Vancouver Island for the day, using public transport, we soon realised was totally unrealistic, however she did her best, in the end, we took an organised excursion which was not cheap but the only realistic way of making a day trip. The complimentary breakfast was a lovely start to each day,

What a debacle

Had a great time coming to the city, as we like to do staycations in Vancouver every so often. This hotel was the one exception to an otherwise amazing trip. The older lady at front desk was rude and combative, I suppose because she was having a bad day? My partner was shaken by the way he was treated for asking simple questions.

Great location & amenities!

Linda D (Waterford, Michigan) on Jun 19, 2022

We stayed here for 4 days following an Alaskan cruise so we could explore the city. We booked a 1 bedroom king suite with a full kitchen. It was so spacious and comfortable, with everything you need. We actually made some tortellini for dinner one night. There’s a full grocery store, IGA, about a 10-minute walk up Robson St. There are a ton of small shops, trendy restaurants, multiple ethnic eateries and whatever else you might want, all within walking distance. A full hot breakfast is included (it’s on the 3rd floor, this was not obvious nor explained at first). The 16th floor has an open rooftop terrace with amazing views, as well as a compact gym, whirlpool, table tennis and even coin laundry facilities. Everything was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Staff was courteous and helpful. We will most definitely stay here again when we return to Vancouver.
