In spite of the renovation at the lobby during our stay, my wife and I had a pleasant stay at this property. Location is very good. We have been in many Hampton Inns in different parts of the world and consider this property above par: room space/ambiance, comfortable bed, fitness equipment with whirlpool, breakfast and most of all, friendly courteous and accommodating staff. Special compliments to Anne at the reception, house cleaning staff and breakfast servers.

During the Snowmaggedon in December I was left with no option but to stay in town because driving home was too dangerous. I called the Hampton Inn and Suites on Robson and the staff was absolutely amazing. I cannot express how fantastic they were. Jose and Asif should be recognized for their amazing service and going above and beyond for me. I was stressed and stranded and they made my experience a positive one. Thank you to the staff for turning a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. I just wanted to express my gratitude and let the management know what amazing staff they have. Well done!!!

Cosy hotel with friendly staff and super comfortable rooms. Great breakfast too and perfect place to keep kids busy with the table tennis table and the football table near the gym. Perfect location which is close to everything and eateries close by.

Lobby was tiny and cramped due to construction. Room way too hot resulting in two nights of very poor sleep. Kept setting thermostat to 62 but room remained forever at 70. Turned off completely only to find it on again in the evening. In room coffee set-up old and coffee poor. Parking garage felt cramped Would not return.

This hotel did not accept our credit card even though we had funds available. They were not willing to allow me to speak with a manager to resolve the problem and turned a pregnant couple away. The staff were not empathetic and were not willing to accept an alternative payment over the phone or via debit. We were forced to travel home and miss our concert. Very disappointed and would not recommend this property to anyone.
