Exceptional Service and Customer-Centric Experience

I informed the manager about the numerous visible scratches on the desk in my room, giving the impression that the rooms lack proper care and appear old. He was eager to address the issue promptly, provided excellent service. The breakfast at the villa bistro restaurant was fresh, and both the waitress and manager were exceptionally friendly to customers. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

Our suite (504) was roomy and well appointed. Perfect for our overnight stay. The bed was comfortable and all rooms were spotless. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our breakfast in Stock and Supply restaurant was delicious. The location of the hotel was superb - directly opposite the Harbour Centre Lookout, and within easy walk of tourist highlights like Gastown, Canada Place, CF Pacific Centre and more. Also very well situated for public transport - 280m, 4 min walk to Waterfront station for the SkyTrain/metro and 450m, 7 min walk to the Seabus terminal.
