The best piña coladas in Havana prepared by the bartender Maura. The clerks are excellent, Maydel and Daniela It is a very luxurious and beautiful hotel, a spectacular stay without a doubt. Everything is perfect , clean and the people are very profesional !

we spend four days at this hotel ,staff is very friendly and helpfully. my special thanks to lisney our hostess for doing such a good job on taking care of us .lisney is a true profisinal who goes out of her way to help the guest .only one thing about this hotel there are no guests welcome to your room .
