we spend four days at this hotel ,staff is very friendly and helpfully. my special thanks to lisney our hostess for doing such a good job on taking care of us .lisney is a true profisinal who goes out of her way to help the guest .only one thing about this hotel there are no guests welcome to your room .

My experience at this hotel was mostly great . Specially at the pool deck. The waiters and bartenders were really great. Daniela, Maura, Yalende y Maydel. Were all awesome. Super friendly and very attentive. Drinks and food were great with the exception of a lot of things not in stock. No cokes, no sprites, no tonics, no hamburgers. For a 5 star plus just shouldn’t be. But service was really good.

Claudia Claudia Claudia! If it weren’t for you my stay would’ve been sh**t. Thank you so very much for turning my experience around. Very smart and a beautiful (!!!) girl. With a very, very good - infecting!!!! - positive energy! Keep up the good work girl. You’re a true 5* hotel employee. Other than that that the hotel itself is quite decent. Steel & glass. Very modern. Defo worth a stay

Princess Diana!

I'm not quite sure what her job is exactly is - concierge, phone operator or whatever. The most amazing smile the best energy cuz at 11.30 pm she'll 'infect you with the right attitude and you'll go upstairs to the the gym and do your workout. IBERSOSTAR gte more people like her and all your reviews will be 5*. Thank you so much your Majesty Princess Diana!

It took me 20h to get there. The second I entered the hotel, my frustration, exhaustion and all the bad energy went away instantly. If you're arriving at night - DARIN is your guy (I think he only does night shifts). He'll make your check-in as smooth as possible, will answer all of your questions ( had about hundreds of them) and will put a smile on your face immediately. There's also Zarabeth (night receptionist too). Both of them are like a dream team!!!! Thank you both so much for making my horrible trip/flight (LOT + CONDOR -> NO NO NO) turning into a wonderful stay. Also, a big shout out to Luis Enrique Diaz - so cute, so smart and so pleasant to deal with. Keep it up Iberostar Grand Packard! You're amazing. P.S It's not to show off but I've been to 56 countries, worked for Sofitel and Sheraton for 4 years all together (various departments) and also worked for LRA as a mystery hotel guest so I know what I'm talking about. Looking for a goof experience? Look no further! This is it!!!
