A hotel with a lot of history. Take the hotel tour (10am). It was a great education about the hotel and some of its famous guests. Easy check-in. Helpful staff. Clean room and nice bed. Have some drinks and sandwiches while sitting outside with a beautiful view of the ocean. Very good breakfast included. Would stay here again.

The hotel is a nice hotel with a good breakfast. Do not change your money because the rate is very bad. In the city you get 4x more. The room was OK so the reception. The terras was nice in the evening with music and diner in this hotel was also good

Great hotel, one of the best locations in very strategic part of the city over looking the ocean and within walking distance of many attractions, clubs and restaurants. The hotel itself is historic landmark build in 1933 where many celebrities from arround the world have stayed. It's is keep in great conditions with very good cervice from a friendly staff, its a great choice when visiting la Habana

I have alwaus stayed in HN. May 2022 was the first time post lockdown, that I traveled to Cuba. HN did some changes in their common areas, that affected what I had planned . Yareli’s from PR assisted me and solved quickly the unexpected situation . Without her intervention my experience in HN wouldn’t have been the same.
Great Location and Historical Hotel

A lovely old historical hotel where you can sence the past and ideal located to explore Havana. The rooms were very spacious and well equipped and exceptionally clean. The staff whilst very polite and happy did have a tendency to be a little slow on servcie. The breakfast was fine, nothing spectacular but more than enough to set you up for the day. The pool area is great and sitting in the gardens sipping a cocktail was relaxing. The wifi was in the lobby and garden area was more than adequate for our needs. The free guided tour of the hotel is a must, the young lady who took us was very well informed and obviously enjoyed her job. A couple of gripes, the room where the evening cabaret is held was absolutely freezing, which is a shame as the show itself was fantastic. Also while not the hotels fault, change your money on the street, you get a far better exchange rate. 130 CUP on the street to the £, compared to 30 CUP in the hotel. That said, definitely a great hotel with a touch of old world class and style.
