This place is disgusting, the shower is dirty. The beds were slept in before I got here and they didn't change the sheets. There is cockroaches in the minifridge The building itself is old and run down there, pipes leaking. And the staff do not care about you unless you speak Spanish or are a regular at the resort. Even if you tip, the service is still bad. I've been waiting hours for them to change my bed sheets. And when they finally did change my bed sheets. The girl told me she couldn't change my pillows when I begged her and cried. Because i'm literally here for my 26th birthday She changed my pillows and they still smelled disgusting I've now been waiting 25 minutes for new pillows. And I'm trying to contact my representative to see if I can cut my vacation short. That's how bad this place is. I would never suggest anyone go here not even my worst enemy When I booked on sunwing, it said 4.7 stars When I checked again after i got here it said 3.8 I am extremely disappointed this is no way I wanted to spend my birthday

I was so disappointed with this hotel - it should not be on any travel agents list in the UK due to concerns I have over safety of the building. I work in construction and seeing rain water pouring through the building from roof to our floor on level 2 was really concerning. The hotel is well overdue refurbishment but in UK would be demolished. We asked to be moved and our local agent arranged it. I have posted a video of our ‘upgrade room’ so you can see for yourself what we had. Pictures don’t lie and neither do videos. The food was the same at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Not labelled so no idea what was on offer. Literally the same food each day on repeat. Both of us had diarrhoea for 5 days after staying here. It took a Dr’s visit to fix it. I will be raising our concerns direct with our tour company as this hotel is terrible. The air-con did not work properly in our room . I cannot fault the staff who were all excellent and eager to please.

I really enjoy Bella Costa. The beach is close to the hotel. The staff is friendly. The shows at night are entertaining ; magic shows, dancers, flame throwers! The fresh fish BBQ outside for lunch is so tasty with Cristal beer. This hotel is best suitable for family and group of friends. Ohhh not to forget … thanks Maria Fernanda for assisting me (I was a little lossed). Such a beautiful & professional personality .

Celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary we wanted an all inclusive so we picked Bella costa as the write up was lovely . We was greeted by the reception staff lovely .they said we have.a Lovely room . First impressions was lovely . Then the negative came out after a few days the shower didn't work . Yes they tried to fix it but oh dear . Husband was ill as he have diebities he found bit hard to control it so we saw a lovely lady in the office and she came to speak to the head chef . All they did in the end was brought fruit to the room . All the others days he still found it hard . One lunch time he couldn't eat any thing . The salads was very minimal no tomatoes lettuce just cucumber. Rice pasta .the lmeat was just chopped up all boney . Then our safe wouldn't work they just needed new batteries took them 3 days . We had a storm and it did rain heavy . Then we noticed my clothes was getting wet hung up in the closet .the rain was leaking in our room .damp just outside of the patio doors . The bathroom and room wasn't cleaned properly sheets wasn't changed often as they supposed to be even the towels .one day I had a so called shower put the towel around me and I noticed a big hole in it the bidet wasn't cleaned for 8 days even though we didn't use it .ladies day all over it . All inclusive on drinks was a laugh couldn't have wine at meal times.beer water Fanta sprite that's it . Nice bar in the hotel grounds friendly man . Pool bar wow done la lovely lime drink with rum yummy . Chicken I had one evening was raw still and pork too The positive notes the beds was lovely and comfortable . The staff made up our holiday so warm and friendly

the towels and bedclothes are dirty and smell bad, are not fresh; the room and the bathroom are not cleaned enough; the furniture is old. To sum up: I recommend only if you want to stay outside because the sea and the beach are great
