TripAdvisor Traveler Rating

Recently I stayed at Bella Costa for 6 days (August 2024). Drink: The drinks are good. I particularly like the punch in the main lobby. There was also a special cocktail near the end of the stay! Room: The room is nice and roomy (I stayed in the bungalow room) Beach: The beach is nice and clean. The water is crystal clear and very blue.

It's outdated. The hotel needs a massive renovatoin. The ventilatoim sistem is not workimg at all. Smoke was comeing out of the ceeling. The bath tub was old, the blankets were old and dirty, the furniture was old and moldy. The drinks supliment is very on short. The photos are speaking of thselfs

We liked our stay. The staff is friendly and are really trying to make do with what they have available. Every time we needed something fixed or brought to our room it was done quickly. The beach was amazing and just a few steps from the duplexes. Food shortages do show, so there is not a lot of variety in the dining hall, but you will never be hungry. Sign up for the restaurants to have a more pleasant dining experience. Management can improve things by: * Monitoring their custodial staff so that rooms are cleaned better (bedding and towels need to be cleaner) * Investing in some window screens to keep mosquitos out of the rooms * Buying glue traps for all the flies in the dining hall - it's a problem that should be easy to fix and improve the dining experience

The beach is Nice and some bar People are Nice, but the staff is not so helpfull and only want to get your money ,, if u break your waterbottle the will sharge u 25 dollars, thats f-ing stupid and they will not accept your cards! so that they can put the money in thier own pockets, thats one of the resosons the hotell only get 2 piont from us.. dont go there if u want good servise u will get screwed somehow i promise

Everything is old!!! Poor amenities and even poorest our room facilities. No towels in the room and no chair in our balcony( we asked twice) which we paid more... The food was not good at all, with no many options and no ladels to know what you are eating. Overall not good experience. Although the beach was good.
