Amazing experience! The girls Yudi and Yessika gave everyone an amazing time, got everyone dancing and happy! Very sad to leave this place. Will definitely come back! Hoping to see everyone soon. See you all!

this place was so much fun and the girls yessika and yudi were so sweet loved it there the food was good especially the cuban night the discotheque was also an amazing time with great music and great people ????

Amazing time in Cuba I traveled from London UK, was my first time to cuba. The beach was amazing the rooms had air conditioning all the time every time i was feeling hot i was jumping in the swimming pool, There were 2 very professional ladies name Yudi and Jessica and they were making activities in the resort, they were the spirit of the hotel. I really recommend it

Want to start off by stating that this was my fourth time in Cuba, so I know not to have high expectations, but the week spent here was, unfortunately, disappointing. Pros: the grounds of the resort are beautiful, picturesque, and the greenery is maintained on a daily basis by the crews. The resort wasn’t busy, so it was easy to get a shady spot by the pool and the beach. Cons: with the weather being so hot, don’t expect to cool down in an air conditioned area unless you return to your room. There was one day where the air conditioning was out across the resort. The buffet area was incredibly humid and there was always a swarm of flies surrounding the tables. The food at the buffet lacked variety. No matter the time of day, hot dogs were always readily available. Early on in our stay, we wanted to make reservations for the a la carte restaurants, but the lady that we had to speak with in order to do so, was nowhere to be found. We went to her office several times and no one knew where she was. Eventually we found her hiding out in the currency exchange office. The hotel beach towels require a $30 deposit and please be careful if you have white swimwear. After using the towel for one day, they ruined my bathing suit bottoms. The room was nothing special and we consistently had visits from creepy crawlers. The in-house entertainment team was almost non-existent and every evening, it felt like we were watching the same performance. I have stayed at an Iberostar resort before, but this one does not come close to my other experiences.

Was at this resort from July 15 to 22. Had a great time! Been to Cuba numerous times....this was probably the best resort I have been to. Food was excellent. Everyone who works at the hotel is super friendly. We are already planning to go back next summer. If there is one complaint.....sometimes the drink you get from one bar to another is not the same......meaning the mojito you get at one bar will be different than the mojito you get at another bar. That's it!......BIG DEAL!...Right? If there is one thing I could impress on Iberostar head office......get a fan for the poor people working at the reception desk....no air flow for the people working and it was hot!
