Amazing Customer Service / Best Hotel in Varadero right now.

It is very important for me to note the amazing service I received from Edrey, Niurka, Dunisvel and Yania from the Lia Bar and Yanita from the level cafeteria in the main building floor 2 they are always ready to help very friendly great energy just made my vacation with they're attention to their clients made us feel like family it's my third time at the international I go to those places just to see them because they make me feel so good during my vacation great fast service if it will take longer they let you know so you don't wait without information always wanting to please. The room most modern of Varadero very accommodating staff when asked for a room with shower they were accomodating as I'm large and it is easier for me then getting into a bath I also asked for higher up less noise and better for a remote worker and they also helped witht that. Food is better then any other hotel. A/C work great and quiet/ comfortable bed and pillows. Clean

From comfort to service, to the overall quality and attention to details, I was blown away by the cleanliness and service we were offered.
