This is was a really bad experience, they call this hotel 5* what a joke , my room looks like they never do maintenance there before ,scratches all over the room ,walls without paint, furniture in really bad condition ,even the trash can in bathroom was all rusty and disgusting. Drinks were OK but food is not what you expect for a 5 * hotels , never visiting Cuba again, they say is the same in every hotel, I have being in Domimcana and Cancun, Mexico before and these two destinations are way better

Everything about this place is average. Good views and nice beach though. Food above average for Cuba. But don't expect 5 star standards. It probably one of the better hotels in Cuba. Nice boardwalk and shopping near by. A market and some shops.

Food in here is super and in abundance!! The staffs on tie and suite seem to have lordships over mere workers, that we did not like. Bar service is top notch. Rooms are nice. Treat your staffs better!

We had the most unfortunate time in there so called 5* level at this hotel, the food was bland & terrible No choice of menu cold rubbery food. Management were rude and didn’t care about the bad service we received from there staff. No entertainment beach was very untidy swimming pool dirty. Ever been on a holiday we’re so many holiday maker complained about the hotel. I would never recommend any stay there. Meliá are the most unprofessional services company that I have ever meet.

My friends had time share at this resort so we went there last week. The service was terrible, there was no food, we had to beg for water. The staff was super unfriendly, rooms were not cleaned properly. Towels were smelly. The drinks at the bar were not made properly, the pina colada was terrible. Definitely would not come back. Overall the hotel was extremely run down.
