My family wishes to thank Niurka for her service at the gym. She gave my Mom personal training during our stay at the resort. We would recommend her! She is friendly, personable and made sure we were comfortable. Mucho Gracias!

The beach is so beautyfull, the bars and restaurants are very good. And the be live and bravo club animation was amazing. The best pool party and a lot of activities like yoga, beach voley and salsa lesons. All the employees were very polite. Thank you all for the best vacation time.

This is our third trip to this resort in five years, having been denied the opportunity to return until now due to the pandemic. The reason we return to this place each time is due to the staff, many whom we consider our friends, and have kept in contact with. Our stay on this trip was ten nights. The resort is once again under new ownership, and the management has done an amazing job with the place, improving it from Lambranda the previous owners. Perhaps the most noticeable improvement is the food. We were told the resort brought in a new head chef from the Dominican Republic, and it is evident. There was an incredible variety to choose from and the presentations were amazing. When Lambranda ran the place, there was little variety, and we would have to open up our bag of spices to season the bland food that was available. This is no longer the case, and most items are very tasty. You can have a choice of pork, chicken, beef, and often fish at both lunch and dinner. Beef is also available on many evenings. The most amazing addition were fish steaks that were offered. I am not sure what this white fish was, but it's texture and taste was akin to halibut or walleye. The staff at Tropical are amazing! Bartenders, dining & kitchen staff, activities people, and even the gardeners were very attentive. The staff is now much happier than they were under Lambranda, and their respect for their new bosses is evident, and is a positive reflection on Be Live management. On that note, we, along with a few other guests, were invited to a social gathering with the new management, and asked for input and suggestions. This face to face approach is an indication of a progressive thinking company. We have been on many vacations over the years, but both feel this last one at Be Live Tropical was the best, and we are already looking at spending an entire month next winter here. Derek & Lisa

The entertainement is very alive. We had alot of fun at this hotel with the entertainement group. The service is very good as well that what ever you request you can find at any time. The staff is friendly and helpful. Ailin, Villalonga and Denis they are the best

this hotel is amazing, the staff is doing great , i love this place , btw varadero have the best beaches in the entire planet . is true that they have some limitation related to the pandemic side effect , but the beaches are awesome.
