very nice room fit the five of us comfortably.Staff and housekeeping were friendly, nice and helpful . Your are close to Epcot and Hollywood Studios . Our only issue was that we had no hot water in our room four of the eight nights we were there .Attemps to fix the problem did not work .

Birthday celebration

Wow!!!!! This place is really nice. Absolutely loved the vintage look. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and beds were so comfortable. Slept like a baby. Like the fact that we were able to walk around and enjoy the shops and restaurants. At night we were able to see the fireworks by the boardwalk. Very nice place to visit.

Great location but desperately needs renovation

Trail673067 on Aug 20, 2021

We absolutely loved the location of this resort and the pool is fun. However this was not a deluxe experience despite the price tag. First, the rooms are sorely in need of updating. Despite the lovely Lobby area, the rooms are downright dowdy with gross green carpeting, faded wallpaper, and bathrooms straight out of holiday inn. The fixtures are broken and damaged. The rooms smell musty and old. And if you have asthma, FYI, there are dust mites. Second, the quick dining options are limited to just a bakery and a lobby bar with a limited selection of bakery items for breakfast. There is a to go booth in the Boardwalk itself but it’s only open Thursday to Sunday in the evening. Allegedly. There is a pizza window for mediocre pizza. And a pool bar with very limited options. For quick service, you’re basically out of luck. Trattoria al Forno is good, the Brewery is ok. We enjoyed the ice cream parlor. Everything else on there still is closed. The rooms desperately need a makeover.

Loved Our Room & View!

wilson4allaround (Naperville, Illinois) on Aug 17, 2021

This was our first time staying at the Boardwalk Inn after a split stay at the Beach Club and Boardwalk Villas. I would stay there again, in fact, I liked this studio at the Inn better than the 1BR at the Villas. They recently reopened after being closed for COVID. It had a small fridge, coffee & tea, iron and safe. Our balcony overlooked the Boardwalk & lake which made for an excellent view. From this resort you can walk to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios, there is also boat transportation to both parks, as well as the Skyliner. Our absolute favorite perk is direct access to the Boardwalk. It was so lovely sitting outside in the evening enjoying a cocktail and taking in the vibe. There were a few small quirks that make me prefer the Beach Club over Boardwalk- all of the food options on the Boardwalk close down when it rains or if there's lightening, there is only one drink station at it closes at 10pm, and for such a large resort, the pool is on the small side. From this particular room you can also hear the boats honking all day and night.

Perfect! We had a wonderful stay at the Boardwalk. The customer service was some of the best we've experienced at Disney. From the moment we pulled up to the valet to when we checked out, everything was outstanding. Housekeeping was also fantastic. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I would definitely stay at the Boardwalk again.
