Worst Fairmont Experience Ever

At Checkin it felt like they couldn't get rid of us fast enough. The two people at checkin were on their phones. No room service available in the morning. Hot in the room when we got in. Motion sensors control the AC. No motion, no AC. Got super hot during the night and found out that the motion sensor was pointed at the floor. So had to get up 3 times during the night just to get the AC back on. No room service in the morning. Something called grab and go. We didn't want to grab and go, we wanted to eat in our room. I had a case of vertigo hit me the night before and couldn't get down to get food. I understand Covid restrictions, but there was no service at this hotel. Their signature one bedroom suite at $550 for the night was in desperate need of renovation and was not clean. Dust bunnies in the corner of the bathroom and beside the bed.

Sub par for a Fairmont

Sub par compared to other stays. Every time we stepped on or off the elevator, other guests were not masked. There was lots of hallway noise/traffic through the night. Hallways were dirty. Our heating/cooling system was constantly making noise through our stay.
