You may be entitled to food and drinks in reasonable quantities if:
- You received less than 12 hours' notice of the disruption; and
- Your departure was delayed by more than two hours.
If a flight cancellation requires an overnight stay, you may also be entitled to:
- Hotel or comparable accommodation within a reasonable distance of the airport
- Transportation between the airport and your accommodation
Eligibility depends on the circumstances of your disruption and applicable legislation.

If you'd like a copy for your records, we recommend taking a screenshot before submitting your claim. Once submitted, your claim cannot be retrieved.
We'll review your request and respond within 30 days.
If your claim is approved, we'll contact you using the email address provided with instructions on how to receive your reimbursement electronically.
If you're submitting a claim on behalf of a guest, all information must belong to the travelling guest. Any approved reimbursement will be issued directly to the travelling guest.
