Missing Canadian Tire Money® and/or WestJet points

Missing Canadian Tire Money® (CT Money®) on a WestJet purchase or WestJet points on a purchase made at participating Canadian Tire retail store locations, Sport Chek, Mark’s, Party City, Sports Experts, Atmosphere, Hockey Life, Hockey Express, L’Équipeur, Sports Rousseau, Hockey Experts, L’Entrepôt du Hockey (“Participating Stores”)? 

  1. Make sure your WestJet Rewards account and Triangle Rewards® account are linked. Your accounts must be linked at the time you fly or make a purchase in order to qualify.

  2. Review the Partnership Terms and Conditions requirements for earning WestJet points and Canadian Tire Money® to ensure your purchase is eligible. Please note, rewards are earned on WestJet flights after you have completed each flight segment.
  3. Select the option for exactly what you are missing.  An incorrect selection will delay your request. 

WestJet points and Canadian Tire Money® are awarded after you complete each individual flight in your trip. Please double-check your WestJet Rewards and Triangle Rewards® activity and wait at least 30 days after you have flown before you create a request.

To submit a request for missing WestJet points and Canadian Tire Money® on a Participating Store purchase, please have your receipt ready and call Triangle Rewards at 1-800-226-8473.

To submit a request for missing WestJet points on a Participating Store purchase, please have your receipt ready and call Triangle Rewards at 1-800-226-8473.   

The credit card bonus is awarded after you complete each individual flight in your trip.  Please double-check your WestJet Rewards and Triangle Rewards® activity and wait at least 30 days after you have flown before you create a request.

If you booked directly through WestJet channels with your Triangle credit card and have not earned your Triangle credit card bonus: 

  1. Find your WestJet email with the subject line “Your Itinerary and Receipt”. Open the attached “electronic ticket receipt” PDF. The agent will ask you for information found under payment/fare details.  
  2. Call Triangle Rewards at 1-800-226-8473.   

To submit a request for a missing WestJet RBC Mastercard credit card bonus on Participating Stores purchase, please have a copy of your Participating Stores receipt ready and call WestJet at 1-888-937-8538.
