Everything was wonderful from the minute we got there until we left! Beautiful beach and pool, comfortable and clean room, excellent walking boardwalk along ocean, great overall location. Would definitely recommend!

The Maui Kaanapali Villas is a tropical paradise that you do not want to miss. Situated right on the beach and next door to a beach park (featuring a very nice reef close to shore for snorkeling with many tropical fish), sunsets and whale watching (in season) are on the agenda for sure. The unit we stayed in was very comfortable with two full baths and very clean. There are two delightful pools and two hot tubs. The is a restaurant on site where we had breakfast and dinner (once each). The grounds are tropically tranquil. Staff is friendly and professional. There are many nearby local places to get great food and a nearby grocery store. Parking seemed always available and no extra fee. Do not miss this wonderful place.

Beware of their false advertisement!! Very deceptive. Do NOT book with this resort. Nowhere on the website did it say that their Fitness center and Laundry services were unavailable, (their website only stated that their Air Conditioning was out of service). A few days before our arrival, we received this text message (see photo) saying that none of these facilities were available. That is completely false advertising. They should have either given a discount to compensate for that, or at least made guests aware of these issues.

The location is directly on the beach ! We had 3 rooms ( in the tower section) all very spacious! Loved the full,kitchen and personal coffee maker ! The location has a beach walk ( in front of resorts ) and is separated by one large resort and a golf course which leads to another beach walk to Whalers Village . All necessary transportation is accessible by public transportation and most by the Kaanapali trolley service. Wheelchair accessible , family orientated , and direct access to beach ! Great resort .

Cons: There was no AC The staff always seemed annoyed when I interacted with them Not enough parking No elevators so had to haul luggage up the stairs Stupid expensive for what you get Pros: Views are amazing Pool was nice Easy beach access Rooms were pretty clean
