Hyatt Zilara Cancun

Six of us went to this resort in November 2020 . We had the BEST time and were so pleasantly surprised of how well they handled the pandemic. The resort was very clean. Our room was sealed upon arrival and the staff were constantly sterilizing all surfaces. We were 100% thrilled with this beautiful resort, the food and activities. I can honestly say that the staff were the most genuinely friendly, polite, fun and professional people I have ever met in my life. The experience with the staff warmed our hearts and helped heal the anxieties 2020 has thrown at us. We packed our trip with many fun experiences including salsa dance lessons, painting and bingo with activities staff Juan and Angelica. The very friendly and attentive concierge, Sabina helped us with many things including setting up a massage at their beautiful spa . We had a great time on an excursion set up by Best Day staff Erik. He was very helpful and gave great advice when we went to the nearby La Isla shopping plaza. A couple of us even started our morning with yoga. The instructor, Martha was very good and made me feel comfortable with my lack of ability. Our dinner on the beach was such a perfect, special way to spend the last night of our trip. The manager Loise and our servers throughout our stay Eloisa, Ivan, Abel and Gabriel were fantastic and have phenomenal memories. Our dinner on the beach was made even more special by a photo shoot to capture the trip experience. Miguel did a wonderful job. Front desk Paulina went way way above and beyond when she helped us solve a problem with Expedia. We are eternally grateful for her hours of assistance. The bellhop staff saved us when our shuttle did not arrive on time and he arranged another shuttle to the airport. We all felt a little sad leaving - as though we were leaving family behind. And we cannot wait to return.

Our stay at Zilara was top notch as always. The hotel was very clean and the staff were constantly cleaning. Service was outstanding. A special thanks to Arturo, Carlos, Eloisa, Isia, and Ligia for excellent service!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay so much! The staff really makes you feel like family. My favorite to see on a daily was Ligia she reminded me of home and was always so helpful. Saying goodbye my friends and I teared up because Ligia treated us like we were her family!! Betty was beyond professional with my massage and made me feel relaxed! Carlos would always give us good advice on what spots to check while our stay and was a breath of fresh air! Martin was helpful as well making sure we arrived and left our hotel safely. Lastly Luis the Pool security was super friendly and gave us great recommendations on tours! Zilara really goes above and beyond for their guest and they remember every detail from past conversations! I will definitely come back to this resort!!

Too many good things about this place that I could ever write in here. So in love. Thank you for being the place for my 24th birthday. Every single people in the hotel are helpful and appreciated. Will be back. With all love ??

My husband and I had the BEST time at the Hyatt Zilara. The staff is AMAZING. Gina the bellgirl is a super-star! Everyone was extremely nice, the facility is sparkling clean. The rooms were perfectly kept, and the beach and pool were immaculate. We highly recommend this resort. We will be back. We have stayed at many all-inclusive resorts in Mexico over over the past 15 years and this one is the best all around. The food is really fantastic and the service is absolutely first class.
