I have been coming here from almost the day it was built, the property is kept beautifully, they are on the of all the protocols for the virus, leaving you feeling very comfortable. They have a very special spa, excellent treatments, and a private pool just for spa guests. Rooms are wonderful and they is hardly a bad view anywhere. Only the pool side restaurant open, limited menu, pricey but tasty. BUT pool side they are huge iguanas, and lots of them. At one point I had six around my lounge chair. Needless to say, not relaxing at all. They are not native in Florida, and the hotel should hire a service to take them out to the Everglades. They were on lounge chairs, tables, feces on the pool deck,, and have the run of the place. Really put the damper on a relaxing trip. This is a speciall pllace for everyone, this needs to be addressed.

Had a great time out on the beach, and it was all thank you Mr Chuck. Got me set up on a bed and made sure I was taking care of by food and drinks. All and all 5 star service. And I’m sure to recommend

The bones of the hotel are good. Beautiful view of ocean. Room finishes are cheap and not well done. Drywall finish is messy, balcony isn’t sloped so water pools. Popcorn ceilings are ancient. Room needs a complete overhaul. Grounds are clean and well kept. Pool needs redone but is clean. Sea level restaurant food is good but unfortunately is the ONLY restaurant on premise open. No room service now either. This should be disclosed. So we had to do door dash. Also room cleaning is not done do to Covid. So not exactly sure what we are paying for in the resort fee. You can tell the hotel is well understaffed. Overall the grounds have upside, but not sure I will be back until they either put money back into the hotel or get their act together.

Way too expensive for the limited amenities

The hotel is very misrepresented on the website. The 3030 restaurant is closed but that is not listed on the website. Daily Housekeeping is not available, and that is not mentioned either . Jet skis are unavailable and that is not disclosed on the website. The website states that part of the amenities are two bottles of water per day,per room but you will be charged $5 per bottle. The website states two chairs and an umbrella are included in the resort fee,and that is simply a lie.Two chairs are included but it is an additional $20 per day fee for the umbrella. Also there is absolutely no mention on the website that the Sea Breeze restaurant has a very limited menu( nothing like the menu that is available online) and is also very short staffed. The Fine print also mention that the resort fees covers the following: 1-hour rental of non-motorized watersport equipment daily - 2 fitness classes daily (reservation required) - 1-hour tennis court use (reservation required) - 1-hour snorkeling tour for 2 guests per stay (reservation required) Abolutely NONE of these were offered due to Covid, yet we were still charged a daily Resort fee. I feel the value for the money we spent is very much lacking, and had this lack of amenities and closed/limited restaurant been disclosed I certainly would not have stayed there

We planned on a long-term stay of 30 nights (work related) and had assistance from one of the nicest, kindest, most helpful hotel managers (names Niki) I have ever dealt with in my travels. I am Ambassador level with Marriott and Diamond with Hilton so I certainly have experience with hotels. My family of 4 only stayed a few nights because we had a chance to get a room in another Ft. Lauderdale, Bonvoy hotel that had a kitchen and washer/dryer. The rooms at Marriott Harbor were a bit small but the hotel, grounds, location, and service here was really top notch. I look forward to coming back for a short beach vacation after COVID as this hotel had a vacation feel to it. Anyway, great job by all.
