*Location: convenient, walking #10' to Fort De Russy beach,#15" to Waikiki beach. Bus station in front of hotel. *Room: tiny but comfortable enough to move and put our suitcases. *Housekeeping: not so clean in the coffee station, floor. I guess they have so much rooms to finish in the limited time. *Staff: All in front desk and restaurant, housekeeping... are so nice and helpful. Especially Ms. Adele,front desk, so gentle and so patient with many our questions :)). *Breakfast: for me, excellent. Besides the usual hot foods, hotel offers hot soup of the day. tomato,brocoli, veggies). Plus, hotel always fills up every fruits,milks...There are few food stations for crowded people with lots of space to sit.

Awesome and very friendly staff. Bea is the best , she entertained as soon we get off the car. I planned to visit again Hawaii and stay in this hotel, Holiday inn expressway

Bea in the front desk gave an incredible service. Very patient and friendly explaining things that I need to know about the hotel. I felt welcome and comfort to stay at the Holiday inn. The hotel atmosphere was good. Good people and okay view from my room at 24 F.

Adele at the front desk was wonderful! She went above and beyond when one person in our group became ill. Adele made sure we had everything we needed/requested, and she was so warm and friendly. Superior customer service. Thank you very much, Adele.

The check in was absolutely amazing. Gladys at the front desk was impeccably wonderful! She answered all my questions and anticipated the things I should have known! Give her a raise! I would recommend her and the Holiday Inn in Waikiki! Please visit soon.
