Fantastic service, great staff, comfortable room, amazing view, a minute walk to beach . All in all, a great experience. Very nice relaxing feel to the place, and much more chill than many of the other resorts along the strip. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at the Queen Kapiolani for a trip for a wedding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and so appreciate Edmund! He made our stay much more enjoyable by his constantly friendliness when we ran into him in the hall and helping keep our room tidy! Thank you so much Edmund!!

The Queen Kapiolani Hotel is my go to hotel when I am doing a staycation with my husband or with my Ohana! The front desk is always so welcoming. You get a free lei (if it’s your first time staying with them). You also get a free complimentary drink! The rooms are super clean! This hotel has the most beautiful views of Diamond head and the ocean. 10/10 would recommend for both locals & tourists!

From start to finish, a great hospitality experience. Classically outfitted room was fresh and modern, but had an appeal of the golden era of Waikiki. Amazing location and the views are outstanding. The front desk was particularly friendly and the restaurant is a fantastic breakfast stop for us. Mahalo!

First, I'd like to start with the staff at this hotel. All staff were professional, friendly, accommodating, and prompt. This is my third time staying at this hotel, and I received the same warm welcome each time I visited. The hotel is conveniently located one block from the beach, is directly across from the zoo, and is surrounded with beach, dining, drink, and entertainment options. My room was modern, clean, and most importantly - comfortable. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
