Amazing stay ??

lainiyo (Manila, Philippines) on Apr 20, 2024

We stayed last May 2019. It was amazing experience. Room is big and clean. Soft bed and fluffy pillow. Room was operated by tablet and have amazing view of Las Vegas. Breakfast was so good and delivered on time Hotels in Las Vegas in general are huge! You might get lost inside the hotel. ??

Will NEVER stay here again

JMN2012 (Bel Air, Maryland) on Apr 20, 2024

We will NEVER stay here again. I’ve never been to a 3 star hotel with an experience like this let alone a 5 star hotel. First night we got in I pulled back the sheet and saw a blood stain on the sheets (pictured). Room has clearly not had a deep cleaning in some time as there were stains on the walls and the carpet was dirty along the baseboard and around the furniture. We tried to make the best of things but when we asked a staff member where we could arrange for an Uber pickup he was incredibly rude saying, “Well where did you have them pick you up?” The problem is the Aria doesn’t allow for pickup at the main entrance and it’s very difficult to find the area where it is allowed. He refused to help us find this area. We ended up having one kind Uber driver come by the main area quickly, taking a chance for us, just because we couldn’t get any help from anyone at the hotel. Our Uber driver back showed us where the pickup area was so we would know for the next day. For $600 per night it shouldn’t be this difficult, and I’d think a clean room would be at least a basic service.

Worst Hotel Experience

ally g on Apr 19, 2024

An absolute disgrace of a "resort". My significant other and I recently stayed at the Aria. A disappointment is what I can tell you. PLEASE DO NOT stay at this hotel. We did not feel welcomed. It seemed like our age played a role in the way we were treated. We are in our early 20's; young adults. We wanted to stay somewhere that we heard was clean, on the higher end, and the service would be outstanding. Unfortunately, we were quite displeased with the level of service provided. First, we found ourselves consistently overlooked by the servers who were attending to the slot machine areas. This occurred even after we tried to catch their attention politely. It is disappointing to feel neglected, especially when we were there to relax and have a good time. At that point, we were no longer interested in being in the casino. Our room also had a few issues as well. The lights were not working properly, and the curtains were also inoperable, not closing and opening whenever we clicked on the button. But the worst part was the persistent smell of cigarettes. Even after we complained, the neighboring room continued to smoke, and the smell seeped back into our room. To add on to the situation, it was assumed that the smoke originated from our room. This assumption led to an unwarranted fee that does not accurately represent our stay or actions. I had tried to get the charge disputed since this was a false accusation. I had a discussion with customer service and management. They stated in the phone call a "gentleman from a conference" complained about the stench as well. After an investigation, security unacceptably accused us for the ones smoking, which then led to a $500 charge to my account. I want to emphasize that neither I nor my significant other smokes, and this mistaken charge is particularly distressing given that I reported the smoke smell to the front desk and housekeeping multiple times. On top of that, we had a couple of mishaps with room service. They managed to spill steak sauce in the bags, which then ended up on our comforter. In addition to the issues previously mentioned, I found the conduct of the room service staff to be quite rude on one occasion. We placed a large order, but when the room service attendant arrived, she repeatedly insinuated that we were unaware of the costs associated with our order, making sure to point out the pricing to us multiple times. This behavior felt condescending and unnecessary, as we were well aware of the menu prices and had no issue paying for our meals. Not to mention we were sober in the moment of ordering as well as obtaining our order when arrived. During our nearly week-long stay, we found it necessary to request room service multiple times, yet, regrettably, we only received this service twice. This was not only inconvenient but also fell short of the standard we expected based on the reputation of your establishment. As someone with experience in the luxury resort business, this is a place that does not exceed any great expectations. The experience was awful. Please avoid this hotel. Not a welcoming environment at all.

A Mixed Bag

Phileboy on Apr 17, 2024

Overall, they try hard, but if you want that sheer luxurious feeling, The Wynn has this hotel beat by a country mile I had traveled to meet a friend who was staying at Aria who is a "preferred gambler" -- in common casino parlance, a "whale."Through my friend, I obtained wristband access to their commodious second-floor ballroom to watch the various NCAA "March Madness" mens playoff basketball finals. This set up was unparalleled in all of Las Vegas, as the premises were replete with all-day complimentary buffet food service, with separate set-ups for breakfast, lunch and even dinner. Along with various cake, pastries (even ice cream!) and drinks, it was designed to cater to the most esurient basketball fan you might find. Even though the fare was gratis, waitresses were plentiful and anyone you contacted agreeably brought you whatever you might want. My biggest complaint, is that I was assigned a room that was at the far end of where the elevators were located. As a disabled senior with limited mobility, zi found the long walk to my room -- perhaps 200 yards or more -- to be a trek that was unnecessary taxing. (Yes, I could have sought a room re-assignment, but once I checked in, I was loathe to do so out of sheer laziness.) As a veteran traveler, this was an unforced error on my part, as I should have had the sense to request a toom easier to reach. In regards to smaller nuances, the lack attention to detail was palpable: An example: I had trouble finding the room safe and, once I was able to locate it following a series of phone calls that began at the front desk, I had difficulty deploying its use. Hence, I stayed on the phone while being bounced around to various entities (housekeeping, security, etc.) for at least 20 minutes; none of the employees I spoke to could provide a cogent explanation on how to use the damn safe. I was eventually assurred by one hotel minion how "someone will be up in a moment" to help me. Well, a 40-minute wait ensued, at which point I left my room in frustration, carrying all of the money I had brought with me. Alas, the safe remained unused throughout my four-night stay. Not a bad place, per se, but overall, it didn't imbue a sense of luxuriousness, nor exclusiveness that one might expect.

Great Luxury Hotel

Alex K (Los Angeles, California) on Apr 16, 2024

I stayed here for a conference. This is a luxury hotel and has all the bells and whistles. The room was very spacious, clean and the hotel overall is high end. It is a Las Vegas hotel, so it has all the gambling, restaurants and bars you are expecting. Great experience overall.
