Wi-fi charges are $40.00 per night. This not mentioned in an understanding way. Vage discription and charged when not authorized. No coffee in the room. So you have to buy on main floor for $4.50 each. Breakfast buffet for two was cold serve yourself and cost $70.00 for two. Ridiculous!!

Convenient location! Very nice Updated rooms. We had a fabulous stay with a great view! Plenty to do and see. The staff was friendly and helpful. The garden buffet was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Would definitely stay again!

Love the rooms. All are great. New updated Go Room's and mini suites. Pet friendly as well. We have used this service before. Staff is always friendly. Cookies on Friday in the Diamond Lounge. Many different games to play. Slots, table games, video poker and keno.

If you like using wifi forget it. You have to call a wifi number to a vendor that set up the internet in the first place. You'll spend 20 minutes on the phone daily trying to connect as it resets every 24 hrs. The room we stayed on (25th floor) had filthy carpets and the bathroom sink was clogged. Outside of that the room was fine. The place was sold out and very busy, that's what you get for picking a less than fancy place. Saying all that, it wasn't terrible. I would assume this is average given the other lessor hotels around. The best part though? The Linq Promenade. That little street between the Flamingo, Linq and Cromwell was awesome. That street alone made my trip. It links the hotels and has bars and shops and entertainment.

First of all, our check in experience was fabulous - Benjamin is dynamite & was a pleasure to work with to get us all set up. We loved the room decor & location within the hotel. The hotel location is perfect & right in the middle of the strip action. The pool was closed when we were there & we learned this when we went to use it. This was a disappointment & they should have told us & offered us a discount or something.
