    great room service and great persons supporting you and helping in any way possible i will make sure i tell all about my experience here and i know they will return in the very near future to visit ... all persons are treated the same and they loved their evperience there.......

    It was extremely hard to navigate coming from parking garage to find out where the registration desk was. There was no direction given after we did find the desk. We were told to go to the mascarade tower but werent told where that was. Took forever to find the elevators to get to our room. Once in the room it was very spacious and clean which was a plus however, the online pictures posed the rooms as modern and had tones of turquoise and earth tones. The reality.... our room looked like it was either used for the filming of CSI crime scene investigation or a 70s porn I'm undecided. There was no coffee pot in the room and I couldn't even tell you if coffee was free within the hotel because we werent given any information. We spent alot of money as it was our honeymoon and was a very special time for us. We didn't get cleaning service until day 3. There was no book in the room about what the hotel had to offer so we quite frankly didn't spend alot of time there. We brought food back for lunches and stored salads in the fridge that was provided on the second shelf where it froze and had to be thrown out. After 5 days our stay was finished the systems were rebooting so they told me I would receive and email receipt about our stay which I did get. However I was charged on two seperate occasions an additional 14.99 for internet service which is a crock because my husband and I ONLY each had one cellphone. The internet "provided" kept booting us and we got charged extra over and above the resort fee. I was not impressed nor will I recommend this establishment.

    So I chose the Rio for the price and FREE parking. I checked in later in the evening and the check in was fairly quick (no long lines). I had reserved a king bed but the front desk clerk (super nice young lady) asked if a room with 2 queens would be okay. She said she could put me on a higher floor and have a strip view and not too far from the elevators, so I agreed. Believe me, if you've never been to Vegas there is LOTS of walking so at the end of a long day not having to walk a long hallway to your room is a blessing. Nice view of TI, Wynn, Encore and the north end of the strip. Watched the cranes at work at the new Resorts World (excited for it to open!). So to the room. Huge, very clean, floor to ceiling windows, toilet flushed, drains drained, air conditioner kept the room just fine, plenty of hot water in the shower and the bed was very comfy. What more do you really need? Yes the property is showing it's age and needs some updating, which I hope it gets from the new owners. Would I stay there again? Yep!

    Check in service great!!! Check out service sucks! (Staff did not care about concerns brought up). Room stunk like acid or rotten eggs. Bell hop smelled it and said to inform front desk. Checkout clerk could care less when we brought this to their attention. Not staying here anymore!!! This trip - everything “STINKS” (except clerk who checked us in - excellent service).

    Huge Hotel with lots to offer....

    This is a huge hotel that offers an assortment of eateries from Starbucks to steakhouse varieties, shopping and attractions. We stayed here for 4 days. Rooms are slightly outdated but clean and our beds were comfortable. Room service and all the staff we came in contact with were very prompt and polite. One of our machines malfunctioned but the management was quick to resolve the situation to our satisfaction and our experience with the slots was quite pleasant. Everything we tasted here (with the exception of the mediocre buffet) was delicious. It’s fairly close to the airport and the “strip” we used Lyft to and from the airport and paid about $13.00 each way. We’d be happy to stay here again.
