    I was told that the room can be extended to 3 pm for free when I booked the hotel. It turned out that there is 40 dollar fees (tax not included). No disposable clippers provided. Internet is slow. The experience of shuttle from the airport is good.

    I enjoyed my stay at hotel. The front desk was helpful and had great customer service.I will come back and stay if I’m ever in la again . The breakfast was very good and fresh . My room was perfect for us

    It was a terrible experience it must up my whole vacation the price was not right and the workers was very very rude my room was freezing cold and they did not do anything to help with the service very poor

    Horrible nasty dirty previous guest trash left no was towels room service gage old fruit dirty foot prints in shower as well as on the bathroom floor . Lupa desk rep also had bad customer service. Distasteful

    Please let me start off by saying from the time you're picked up curbside until you leave this hotel treats you vip the whole way. Front desk on Friday night very smooth and the young lady looked up my Honors acct and within 1 minute I was checked in and upgraded to a massive corner suite #1452. Bistro open early coffee and everything you need for travel. Room very clean and water pressure the best I have ever had. Please take care of the staff during these tough times as they work hard keeping these hotels open and clean. Just tip these folks along the way trust me we all can afford it as these housekeepers and servers and shuttle drivers all make it happen for us.
