Worst/No service resort I've experienced.

No service, we were left abandoned at our table at every meal, we had to beg to get silverware and cups. Staff is very disengaged. When we got food it was usually good. We were assigned a concierge, Esmerelda, when we checked in and she promised to text us and check in with us but we never saw or heard from her again despite our efforts. Not recommended.

Good food quiet time

Miguel at the Risotto restaurant made our experience very memorable. Good food and a great evening. I wish there was more of a night life at the resort, but the food was great and the staff was wonderful. Quiet resort but yummy food at the specialty restaurants.

The Grill - breakfast

We have been going for breakfast at the Grill and Beatriz and Lourdes have been taking great care of us. We are a party of 3 couples and we have a leisurely breakfast every morning and they have been fantastic taking care of us. They are very kind and sweet. ??

Good is good. Bad is extremely frustrating

I don't really know where to start this review. Check-in was frustrating it took forever with the hotel charging environmental fees. Taking a credit card print in case of charges and damages. Something I have never done when checking in to an all-inclusive. The rooms are nice with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in a hotel. In our one week stay, our room was only cleaned 3 times. Now they did come to our room 5:30-6 pm twice but we were getting ready for the night so we just had the towels replaced. The other family we were traveling with also had the same problem. The pools are great, with 3 pools, one for adults with a swim up bar, the other 2 are perfect for wading and kids. Pool side services are good with plenty of staff working the pool. The pool entertainment team isn't great, and the music can put you to sleep. The beach is nice but unfortunately you can't swim in the ocean because of a strong undertow. Here's where things get frustrating, the restaurants. We were a party of 7, 4 adults 3 children. Seating us seemed to be a problem for almost every night. It was impossible for them to take two tabled and put them together for us. It was 4 can sit at one 3 at the other. Or they would sit us at a table for six, and yet there was a much bigger both we could have sat at. The staff, apart from 3 waiters we had the rest, are useless. Some walked away from us while we were in mid sentences taking dishes away, filling glass, and forgetting orders. The food is so so, we did all the alcart restaurants there was no reservations it was first come first serve. Thr Grill was my favorite with the Mexican, my second choice. The buffet was ok, that's it. Breakfast was standard, but if you wanted bacon, you had to ask and some days there was none. There is a grill at the pool side bar that has pretty good food, burgers, nachos, wings, fries. We just found that the restaurants were consistently inconsistent, and that's was frustrating. I will give the hotel credit they have something going every night for entertainment . From karaoke to a night DJ. Shopping, honestly, there is none. If you're looking for a flee style market, we ended up going to Cabo for shopping. If there's any in San Jose we didn't go, and our trip from the airport to the hotel witch was a half hour trip, I didn't notice any. The weather was good, a couple of very windy days. One was high overcast but burt off by the mid afternoon. The rest, beautiful sunshine. Would I come back, no. My next stay in this part of Mexico will be Cabo San Lucus. I was a nice vacation, but the room cleaning and restaurant service and staff were unwilling to do anything to accommodate. It just makes this hotel ok.

Good experience at the Krystal grand los Cabos resort

Very good service. Josafat was a very friendly and hard working waiter. The beaches were beautiful the food was good. I would definitely come back. Lots of people here speak English so there was no language barrier. I liked the no smoking policy.
