    Jamaica isn’t playing with Covid! This resort (Ziva and Zilara) has done a fantastic job of keeping things sanitized and safe. Mortimer at the Zilara pool was SO MUCH FUN. Travis and Cadine did a fabulous job leading the poolside entertainment. We were super impressed with their efforts and ability to remember our names. Davian (I could have spelled his name wrong) did a great job as our server at the Ziva pool. Sherine and Nera serving breakfast at Urban Heatz did a fantastic job as well. We truly had such a wonderful time. We would absolutely come back again. If you’re looking to get out of town, I highly recommend this resort!

    We paid for adult only and we were told when we finally arrived that the resort is closed. We spent our vacation listening to screaming kids. Not happy! We believe we should’ve been notified of the change. We paid for adult only and didn’t receive what we paid for at all.

    Great Time at the Hyatt Zilara on our Anniversary

    The food was great. And we loved our room and onsite amenities. My wife enjoyed her afternoon swims, and I appreciated the use of the health club. We really enjoyed our daily lunch and dinner visits to the Calypso and Urban Eats restaurants. Our hat is off to your gracious restaurant supervisor, Ruschel. She made sure our evening meals were just as ordered. Other restaurant staff to be applauded include, Nera, Robert, Norda, Shevon Barnett, Patherina, Patrick Davis and Carla. They offered exceptional service, and were very attentive and sensitive to my wife's vegan sensibilities. The reception staff was also extraordinary. They showed their professional etiquette in getting us checked in and out. Kudos to Clella and Marsha. As well, much appreciation to our bellman, Carl. And please send our thanks to your wonderful operator, Sasha. Who showed great patience to our requests for service and internet connection assistance. We also appreciate the presence of the onsite security personnel, especially as we strolled the grounds after our evening meals. Overall, the service we received was awesome, and made it difficult for us to depart. So we very much look forward to returning in the near future.

    Had a great time with the pool staff!! Very friendly!! They aren’t playing when it comes to covid19!! They spray and cleaning every minute.. The only part I didn’t like that I thought I was going to a all adults resort but the kids one to connect to this one.

    We were very happy with our stay and very happy with all the employees. We just don’t agree with your policy that a guest should carry their bags to and from their rooms especially when you have a long stairway like you door leading to the front desk.
