It’s like two resorts in one. Sandals Cay private island is like getting a small boutique resort within a larger resort. The shuttle back and forth is practically “on demand” because it’s so frequent making it super convenient. Sandals Cay island has a great little pool with bar,plenty of beach area, great snorkeling, a Thai restaurant and the Jerk Shack for lunch. Also a shout out to Stacey for her great attitude and humor that goes along with her attentive service! The main resort is relatively small but up to date and very well kept. It had everything we needed for a short four day vacation. This was our fourth visit to Jamaica and the close proximity from the airport makes Sandals Royal Caribbean an excellent choice.

Our time at Royal Caribbean was excellent! We had Ian and Nicole as our butlers and they were amazing! They had little surprises for us each day in our room and honored our every request! They were both so personable and made our stay that much better! Jason the legend and the entire entertainment team: Shamar, King, and Stephen were so much fun! They would make us laugh by the pool and then at night put on awesome performances! Thank you guys! The only thing I wish is that the construction would have started later in the day. I like doing yoga on our patio and it wasn’t as enjoyable with construction work starting every morning at 8am. Other than that the construction didn’t really bother us and we were right next to it!

My husband and I decided to do an over-the-water experience at is sandals. Booked this trip 3 years ago and finally got to take a bucket list item off! We have no regrets in spending the money to do a once in a lifetime trip and enjoyed the relaxation TOTALLY! We have been catching up on trips we had booked before COVID hit that were booked out over a 3 year period but now ended up on top of one another and this was our saving grace….to just chill out and relax, and that’s just what we did! We didn’t leave our villa but maybe 3 times, no need to! We had every meal practically in room….didn't want OR need to leave the room with the beauty and the tranquility we had there, PLUS, we got to see the two butlers that pampered us 24-7. Our butlers were so sweet, attentive and enjoyable to be around, we looked forward to seeing them and missed them on their days off! KADANE and MAKIKO, both of them felt like family and we enjoyed our conversations with them throughout our stay! We will definitely request them for our future travels at this location. DON’T HESITATE to Do this OTW experience if you can….so worth it! Rooms are nicely decorated and very serene. The bed is so very comfortable and the feather pillows were like giant marshmallows, unbelievable! Felt so relaxed and at peace looking out over the waves and watching the tide come and go was amazing. Then at night, the lights under the hut would shine on the water and danced on our ceiling (visible through the glass floor) throughout the night and made for a nice nightlight….words don’t do it justice, believe me!

My husband and I recently returned home for Sandals Royal Caribbean and are already missing the Jamaican vibe. Last time we were in Jamaica was 18years ago in Negril. We decided to go back to Jamaica having met Rayo as our butler at Sandals Curacao. He is so personable and a great guy. Rayo and Cooper made our week so enjoyable and we feel we had a great butler team. Other notable people we would like to thank is Joy and Dwight from Royal Thai, Monique from Le Jardinier, Tafari at Mariners and also the cleaning crew who kept our room fully stocked with towels and all other amenities. We look forward to going back to SRC when all the renovations are completed.

This was our 2nd visit to Royal Carribean. Love love it! From beginning to end fabulous. Excellent, service, drinks and room just delightful all around. We will be back. We love having Sandals Mobay so close. We love hopping on the jitney and having dinner there as well.
