Booked on Hotels.com and got a gorgeous renovated room. Check in was quick and friendly. Loved the renovations made. Very inviting and very clean. More than enough drawers and counter space to put your souvenirs from Disneyland on or in. Beds were very comfortable. Not too soft and not too hard..............just perfect. Water pressure was excellent and had no problem with hot water during morning shower. A second sink would have been useful. Five minute or so walk to Disneyland. IHOP and Denny’s close by. Price was high but well worth it. If I did not get a renovated room I would probably complain about the price but I didn’t so I’m happy.

We stayed here for four nights this past week to have easy access to Disneyland. Parking is valet only for $15 (plus tax) per night parking fee. We did not get one of the newly updated rooms, but we weren’t really expecting it either so no big deal. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. If you’re too tired to stay late for fireworks at the park, you can see a side view clearly from each floor’s balcony or the 4th floor pool deck. No restaurants on site but there is a McDonald’s next door which made for a quick, cheap, and portable breakfast for our 5-7 minute walk to Disneyland. I’m excited to see the renovations being completed and we will happily stay here again in the future.

    Awesome updated room!

25th wedding anniversary. Weren't bringing the kids so didn't want to stay at DL hotel as we just wanted someplace close and clean and nice while we enjoyed the park for 4 days. Updated rooms were awesome. Cleaned really well every day. Couldn't be happier and will be back again!!

Our family of four stayed in a suite for 5 nights, had one of the nicely upgraded rooms. The king bedroom was separated by a door from the room with the 2 queen beds and bathroom. The beds were comfortable, the staff all very nice. You can see the Disney fireworks from the balcony or even better from the pool deck. Close enough to easily come back for the young ones to get an afternoon nap/break in the long days on your feet at Disney. Definitely recommend staying here.

    Good but could be better

Trip to Disneyland with friends. One local, one from NV and me from Canada. Chose the family suite so we could each have our own bed. This worked well. Beds were very comfortable and clean. TV in each room, one bathroom with sink space and separate space for toilet and shower/bath. Have to go through bedroom to get to bath area. The suite had two fridges, but we thought from the online description and photos there was a kitcenette. Nope, only two fridges and a microwave. No cups for the coffee maker or any kind of dishes/utensils. In general it was ok. Room needs an update. Very dark and dated, but housekeeping did keep it clean. Convenient location made the bad more bearable. We found the water temperature very inconsistent when showering, ran very cold most mornings. On the last night we came back from the park to find the bathroom sink had not drained from the morning and there were tiny black worms swimming in the sink and crawling out of the water. Informed the front desk who sent an engineer to deal with it. He did not seem surprised. Which is a bit alarming. We were refunded 2 nights parking as a result. Overall as we were out of the room all day it was sufficient, but if I were travelling with children or trying to save some money by not eating out every meal, I would have been disappointed by the room amenities.
